Fabulous!

My husband and I stayed at Perryville House in early April, 2022. It was the beginning of an 8 week adventure for us. It was fabulous. Our room faced the street and harbor, but we did not have any outside noise. Great location, great breakfast, and wonderful hosts. We have recommended it to others already.

Excellent choice

Large bedroom and bath. Great breakfast and super nice hosts. Would have loved to stay longer at this B&B. Only surprise was when we got there we were told cash payment when I don't recall being informed in advance. Beautiful view and close to a park that memorializes 9/11 care providers.

The Old Dispensary

Avoid - the loudest place I have ever stayed

Reviewed By dalycakes2016

We stayed here for 4 nights for a relaxing break. The other reviews mention the narrow stairs to get up to your room and the fact that there is no breakfast or staff. It’s more like a hostel. But the noise!! There are only 6 small rooms so I don’t understand how they start cleaning every day at 8 am and go on all day till 5 pm. Doors also slam all day and all night and the walls are paper thin we can hear drawers opening and closing in the room next door. There are no curtains so the sun wakes you up at 6 am before the banging and hoovering starts at 8 am. If you need a rest and a break, don’t come here.

Good Location, Odd Room

Reviewed By LauraRW

The Blue Haven is a nice property, with a lovely dining/breakfast area that makes you feel as though you are on a ship. Our room was comfortable but small. It was a tiny square with a hallway going off to a window with no view. Breakfast was very, very good. Cappucinos, grilled tomatoes on the vine, eggs, sausage, bacon, black pudding, toast, fresh oj, yogurt, fruit. Parking is available down the street for a fee, but only from 10 am to 4 pm? We were gone during those hours, so it was free.

The Post House

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and well equipped

Reviewed By petermE8422NM

Stayed in the deluxe apartment (#3) for a few nights. Right on the Main Street with 2 large bedrooms, a modern bathroom with rain shower and a relaxing kitchen/living area. Everything provided for a COVID safe and relaxing stay. Quality TV with internet TV only with apps, so a Netflix or similar account is needed. Good takeout food very close by and a very large Spar just 10mins walk away. Great base to explore Kinsale. Would recommend the flat white coffees in the flying poet cafe for any coffee lovers. Varun - our host made the check in and stay effortless with key safe collection of keys and clear email instructions on day of arrival with door codes etc
