Good location and facilities
Reviewed By JperonaGood value and good service. Grocery store connected to hotel had great BBQ food to go with a seating area to dine. Maids and front desk did a good job. Value was very good and buffet breakfast was great. Location was good also. Wi-fi seemed slow or weak a lot but I used my phone's wi-fi so it wasn't an issue for me. I would stay here again.

Reviewed By VilteijaOverall good service at Reception, very friendly administrator did check in very well. Room is ok, had everything what we need for 1 night short stay. Breakfast option suggested in caffe on first floor as well was enough. But night sleep was just a disaster. At first drunk people, later some conflicts on street, at early morning garbage truck... Think twice before you decide to stay in old town.

Reviewed By SchenolSI’ve been there for two days . The room has all bath equipment. Hot water worked well. Room size is very small even my reservation was superior double . That room looks like standard size. I actually don’t need a big room . But if you booked and paid for luxury category you have to get it . Staff are very far to help. There was no willingness to help . When i make early check out , staff could has told me about opening time of airport is 04:30 . i didn’t check opening time for airport because i realized it open 24 hours. Regardless all disappointment and unwillingness behavior i was happy at Pid Templem Hotel due i booked that one . Hotel location is best things for me at Pid Templem , and 2nd day i saw a map in the hotel myself . If you are tourist somewhere you need a map check in time ( you need to get it first day ) nobody explain me about map, and i saw it last evening of my vacation randomly.

No hot water! Rude stuff!
Reviewed By whiskygalStayed here for the first time and have no hot water in shower. Receptionist told us she couldn’t do nothing with this issue!!! And also she was rude and hang our call! Payed for our suite 875 uah per night and I think it’s unthinkable to stay at hotel without hot running water.

Reviewed By Purri_the_catStopped in this hotel just for couple of days. Rooms are very clean and nice. Standard room is pretty big. But rooms need curtains that actually cover the window. Our windows were right in front of windows of some house. Breakfasts are surprisingly fulfilling and tasty! Restaurant looks very beautiful, specially with Christmas decorations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Manager called us two days before we checked in to make sure about time of our check in and kindly informed us about party that will be happening in restaurant of hotel and possible loud music. We were living on second floor and music wasn’t loud at all. Hotel has very beautiful territory in front of it but in general situated in slightly empty place.

Great service and affordable price
Reviewed By UmanCossackWe had our son's wedding in their restaurants "Legenda" and hotel stuff was very helpful to accommodate all our guests, who wanted to stay in hotel for an extra 2-3 days. All rooms are very comfortable and with fresh and clean linens. 5 choice of breakfast was included in room price, so all my guests enjoyed staying there, We also received 10% discount, because we booked several rooms. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to every one with short or longer term of accommodation.

Fancy, but a bit greedy hotel
Reviewed By Максим ГGood things. Fancy-looking hotel. Good location. Tasty food in restaurant. Not so good things. During check-in you have to sign a really weird agreement with the hotel. In this agreement is specified a lot of ridiculous things, for example: the hotel is not responsible for security of your property during the stay (e.g. if something will be stolen from your room it's ok); there's no money refund and instead you'll have refund in some internal hotel points (or something similar), which you'll able to spend for future bookings; etc. Pool is extremely cold and a bit dirty. Also, there's no change room in Spa zone as well as no separate entrance in there. So, you basically have to pass hotel's lobby in your bathrobe every time, when you want to visit Spa. There were several other minor issues. For example, you have to order your breakfast in advance. And they have very spicy one in menu, but you don't know that. There's no hints about that (usually there should be "pepper" icon near the dish in menu) and nobody warned us as well. We had to figure this out on our own during the breakfast :) We had the room with terrace, and all the furniture there was wet because of rain. It makes sense to create some cover from the rain on terrace, otherwise terrace has no use during rainy days. We had only one bathroom mirror in the whole room. This is uncomfortable for a bit, when you're dressing to go out. In general hotel looks fancy, but it seems to be too greedy. Guests have to sign weird agreements. There's a weird refund system (we didn't use it, but it was described in the agreement) Water in the pool is too cold. And I can continue this list if needed.

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the city's historic and commercial center. There are 78 modern rooms of various categories: “Standart Double”, “Classik”, “Grand Standart”, “Grand Superior”, “Junior Siute Double”, a restaurant boasting a VIP dining room area and serving European and Ukrainian dishes, stylish bar and grill, conference rooms for 60 and 100 people, meeting room, banqueting hall, outdoor terrace and Finnish sauna.
Modern spacious rooms, excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast
Reviewed By imandarynaI booked four rooms for two nights at Park Hotel for a family visit, and we were very happy with everything during our stay - most of the rooms were modern and spacious (except 302 which was in the older hotel building), hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room rate also included an excellent all-you-can-eat breakfast, which had a varied selection of food and drinks of top quality - way above my expectations and a very good price / quality offering for Ivano-Frankivsk. The hotel has two restaurants on site and a large bar, with spacious outdoor facilities. Most of the staff speak basic English and are helpful. Although service in the restaurants and in the bar was somewhat slow. The hotel rooms differ between the old hotel section and the newly constructed one. The rooms in the "new" section (all have "a" in the room number) are top-notch equipped with modern furniture / door locks / bathrooms. The rooms in the older section are still very spacious, functional and clean, although you can see that they have somewhat of a "Soviet" flavour. I stayed in room 302 in this older section - it is very large with a large balcony with a view to the lake and the front part of the hotel - really beautiful despite being somewhat old. It should be noted that the hotel is located somewhat farther from the city centre (about 30-40min walk or 10-15min by car). However, this was an amazing option for us, as we wanted to be in a peaceful picturesque location close to the city lake and park. I was positively surprised and will be staying here with family on our next visit.

Clean and cozy
Reviewed By saleh2716Nice little hotel, clean and cozy room, with basic amenities. Very Close to city centre and train station. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning here, and when we left the windows open to get some air loud cars passing on the street prevented us of having the best night sleep. Overall though we were satisfied.
