We ate there on a cold evening in late October. There was only one other couple in the restaurant, who arrived simultaneously with us. Decor is pleasant enough, in that rather gaudy East European style you sometimes see in upscale restaurants. The view from the 5th floor is nice. I ordered fish, which was good and well prepared. They have a nice wine selection. Go for the Georgian wines, they are generally excellent.
Service was attentive, if a little slow. But slow is the norm in Second World countries. Not sure how it would have fared had the restaurant been busier.

Service was excellent on the weekends and fell down a notch during the week.
Ordered veal dish here in creme sauce with mushrooms and it was spectacular.
The prices are shocking low with the current conversion rate of 23 to 1 - dollar to grvynia.
The drink prices are dirt cheap. The desserts are great. The view and sofa Seating is
excellent of the main square. Avoid the upper level you will get suffocated by the cigarette smoking and dine inside on the lower level.

This is the most popular place to have dinner with friends and family. The courses well prepared and fresh. Drinks are good but unfortunately there were no Guinness, my favourite one. Service was not annoying. Will return here once again.

I stayed at the hotel one night. The front desk receptionist were totally unfriendly and dismissive. The hotel room was dated. The bathroom was vintage 1960 with the cheapest supply toilet supplies I have ever witnessed in fifty years of worldly travel. The breakfast was average at best again with the cheapest selection of foods and beverage. Terrible experience.

We went to Fabbrica with some local friends. We ordered a few pizzas and beers. The pizza was hand made and the sauce was full and slightly spicy. On the mushroom pizza there was lots of various varieties of mushrooms.

+very friendly service
+nice urban and minimalistic design
+tasty burger with marshmallow cacao
+they have its own radio and dj with transparent glass on the first floor
+books or games on a shelves right when you enter the cafe on the left. I was not able to see in details as was too hungry and hurry for a train
+12 minutes walk from railway station
+very big area/hall
+you can eat near glass watching outside where everyone can see how you eat tasty and juicy burger
+I’m sure these guys have lots of tasty food where I would come again and again if lived nearby
Cons:
-toilet cabin looks right in eating hall where you wash
