Reviewed By turmanidzevanoClean and new hotel, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Local personnel made my staying very comfortable - very quick in help, gave good recommendations about tours, restaurants around, arranged taxi to airport and Batumi city. Wi-Fi, aircon, fridge in the room worked well. They don't have safe in the room, but the have safe in the reseption and I was assured that safety is guaranteed, and I easily could leave my belongings in the room during the day. Also they have very beutifull garden with very beutifull flowers.

Lovely pool which the kids very much enjoyed: 5 minute walk to the beach, the guesthouse also had a café open all day, but it was the owner Irakli who made this so special. He has very good English and could not have made us feel more welcome. He even organised a (completely free) Georgian evening for all the guests with traditional Georgian dancing in costume and free flowing wine and although we were the only English speaking guests (among about 50 there), he patiently translated all the toasts which are a traditional part of this sort of evening. Highly recommended

Reviewed By Vladimir KЧисто, комфортно, тихо. Есть хороший чистый бассейн. Белье очень свежее, качественное, матрасы хорошего качества. море совсем рядом, при этом шума как на первой линии нет. Люди приятные, при этом нет навязчивости. Рекомендую.

Reviewed By Elena0410Остались проживанием довольны. Соответствует цена-качество. Завтраки сытные, сыр, колбаса,салат, каша, чай или кофе на выбор, выпечка. Уборка номера через день. В номере для душа гель и шампунь с мылом имеется, полотенца. Море теплое , в шаговой доступности. Замечательный вид, тишина, до Батуми и Турции можно доехать на маршрутке. Местный колорит и аджарская домашняя кухня, вкусный кофе. Рядом римская крепость Гонио. В номерах имеется холодильник, телевизор с русскоязычными каналами ртс, стс, тнт, нтв,культура, 24, 25, 61, 53, 44 и т.д. Рядом с заправкой магазинчик с продуктами и бытовой химией. Очень рады что близко к морю и не рядом с дорогой и стройками. Лежаки на пляже платные 3 лари. Дня два ходили с зонтиками. Комаров мало. Дыни вкусные, арбузы и персики не такие сладкие, сливы хорошие, обалденные помидоры!!! Вино здесь белое сухое лучше чем красное, но это на любителя. Спасибо персоналу за внимательное отношение и подход к посетителям и отдыхающим, все подскажут и расскажут. Ужинали иногда или обедали в ресторанчике рядом с отелем Egrisi, порции большие, вкусно.

Reviewed By sasha1232015Мы отдыхали семьей , нас три человека и ребёнок 1,9 года. Дом расположен в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от моря. Нужно немного пройти прямо, потом повернуть, перейти дорогу , пройти ещё чуть- чуть и вот оно, море ))) если свернуть немного направо - там будет безлюдный пляж с чистейшей водой . Территория вокруг дома просто волшебная , мандариновый сад, в котором живут два кролика , гамаки, беседки , качельки. Самое то для ребёнка )) в отелях такой территории не найдёшь , да и в других гостевых домах редко . Мы просто наслаждались тем как наш малыш гоняется за зайчиками, и кушает в качельке . Ещё есть песочница а летом бассейн. Номер оформлен со вкусом , очень чистый , в нем все удобства . Если надо помыть пол- то хозяйка даст ведро и швабру , а если загрязнятся простыни- по первой просьбе поменяет их. Хозяева чудесные люди , очень добрые и заботливые . Алекс спасибо за экскурсию на гору! Тамила спасибо за вашу заботу и сливовый джем! Есть общая кухня для готовки , там все чисто и даже я будучи достаточно брезгливым человеком , не почувствовала отторжения а с удовольствием готовила там сыну еду))) в каждое деревце, в каждую комнату , в подсветку во дворе- вложена душа . Мы скучаем по этому месту ! Для отдыха с ребёнком этот гостевой дом идеально подходит, да и не только с ребёнком! Только теперь терзаюсь вопросом- как же звали кроликов?))) очень их полюбили ❤️

Dotarcie na miejsce zapiera dech w piersiach z dwóch powodów: lekkiej zadyszki, ale przede wszystkim pięknego widoku. Lokalizacja skupiająca góry, las oraz morze w jednym z dala od lokalnego zgiełku. Apartament czysty i dosyć przestronny. Gospodarze pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Gospodyni serwuje domowe jedzenie. Śniadania różnorodne i naturalne: własnej roboty sery, konfitury, dżemy oraz miód z własnego ula. Można rownież zamówić domowe obiady. Jak Gonio, to tylko w Guest House Iberia.
