Restaurant manages to answer to all tastes and preferences. The manager of the restaurant, Mr Yasar Kabul, is really amazing. Besides knowing a lot of languages, is extremely friendly with the clients

Reviewed By 644fereshtemOn our trip to Trabzon we stayed overnight at this hotel. Everything was great and the staff were very friendly and respectful. The rooms are very luxurious, clean and large. All the facilities were really like a five star hotel and it was worth the money. Breakfast was very detailed and varied. Be sure to try staying at this hotel.

Excellent value for money and location
Reviewed By patersontenerifeThis hotel is welcoming and the reception staff friendly and so helpful. Given the very economical rates, you get a private room and ensuite bathroom with shower, there is a lift, and they include a generous buffet breakfast (with great hot soup) too. You cannot compare this hotel to higher category establisments where expectations are higher - but for the price you get a warm experience a comfy room and a central location. I stayed a week and would have been happy to stay a month at that price. The guys usually on reception are always smiling behind their masks and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for an ejoyable stay and see you soon!

A very nice holiday

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the personnel is helpful and kind. 200 metres from the ski resort but there's a hotel shuttle going up and down continuously. Food is good all the time. There's a nice spa which we enjoyed very much. We will go there again for sure.

Breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Rooms are very clean and they serve free tea, coffee and water anytime of the day as well as free toast and chips until 10pm. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel.

Reviewed By F9829JYmariahPlease avoid whenever possible. Absolutely inadequate staff (perhaps drugs?), who frightened us with wild behavior at the reception. We had to cancel our stay and make a hasty escape. It was quite a scary experience.
