Reviewed By DNN4389Very nice hotel and good value for your money. Breakfast was good, they had quite a variety for a complementary breakfast, the pool looked inviting, however we were not able to enjoy it as it closes at 11:00 pm.

Reviewed By starwells2182Mel and andree both helped my son when he was being bullied by a bunch of boys in the pool. They where making fun of his body parts and body. He has disabilities and it was not right what they did. They where there for baseball so whoever they play for should be ashamed and so should there parents. Bullying isn’t right.

Reviewed By stephmaurgWe always stay at the matrix when visiting our son in Edmonton. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The bed is always comfortable, the staff very friendly, and they have a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I dont like having to pay to park, but, the hotel is downtown. We would always recommend staying at this hotel in a heartbeat! We have never been dissappointed, and another plus is that the windows open too!

Reviewed By Merv271953The hotel is located within the downtown core and a lot of downtown activities are easily accessible. The hotel itself is excellent, great rooms and very helpful staff. However the onsite restaurant is absolutely awful. Hotel management has to work with the restaurant to not only improve service but also to improve the quality of the food.

Reviewed By cathrynhengEverything is better than expected. I have booked a 2 queen bed+1 sofa bed bedroom. The bedroom is huge, able to sleep 5. And the room and the toilet is super clean. Breakfast is served continental style, lot of choice, also better than expected.

Reviewed By ItalianChicken1Hotel is west of the city, so when we left the following day we would cut down on the traffic as we head west. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Received a great welcome. Pool area was nice although we did not use it. Bfadt was OK too, standard Hampton choices. I rated it 4* because I nearly choked in the room from the Abuse of fabreeze. I don't understand the need to spray a top part of the sheet that sits near the face. I sneezed all night and I didn't need extra chemicals. Other than this it was amazing.

Reviewed By lorraineklI checked in at 8:30pm and with check in i realized i had a little problem but Jaspal on duty was amazing enough and helped me out. This is an amazing Hotel and i have stayed at the west location a few times too. But the staff at this location just made my stay more rememberable and thats why i would come back here anytime. The Hotel is clean, the bedrooms are comfy and the staff is amazing. Cannot say enough of our stay and the staff went over and beyond. In the morning we were greeted again with friendly ladies on duty. I was helped by Jackie and their smiles and conversations just lets you start the day the right way. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ladies.? ?
