Excellent view and right beside American Village!
Reviewed By bsinsanI've booked the high floor at the corner, which gives you both the sea view as well as the city view of the American Village, well worth the money, room I booked is 908, and it is clean and spacious with huge balcony, two of them. Only bad side is that you cannot reserve parking spot, it is first come first serve.

We are located just in front of Sunset beach in Chatan on beautiful island Okinawa Japan and opened in January 2018. We have 25 rooms and every rooms are facing the beach. You would have unforgettable experiences and beautiful moments while your stay at our hotel. Beautiful ocean view (it starts with incredibly beautiful blue ocean in the morning glow and ends with a breathtaking sunset), shopping at American Village (2 minutes walking), enjoying eating Okinawan food at Rinken’s kitchen and watching an amazing Okinawan music live performance at Kalahaai (our next door).
A perfect break from crowded Tokyo
Reviewed By ShirleyC6464We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit "quirky" and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

Popular spot of Chatan Mihama and American Village nearby. No worries with 24-hours working front desk. New condominium hotel was born is the city where you can feel Okinawa. In all room types of the condominium we prepared 3 room types (Japanese, Western and Family) and original kitchen where you can cook properly. Of course, WiFi is available. And pleasant for families divers washing machine is set in each room. Gas dryer can dry your clothes in a short time to cheer you up.

Full of amenities, Free WiFi, washer/dryer TV , A/C rice cooker, water heater for coffee or instant ramen and stove top with dishes include. Great staff, comfy beds , nice shower and has a fold out couch. Also fantastic view of harbor at sunset. Grocery store next door, plenty of fine dinning with in walking distance and fast food like KFC and ramen locations. Perfect for a quick trip or if you in the military waiting on housing with a small family or TDY.

Reviewed By melindag386We stayed for one week at this hotel. The room was fine but we had an obstructed view overlooking American Village. It would have been nice to have a clear view out the window for the week. The breakfast buffet was good and had enough variety for 7 days. We were disappointed that the beach was closed for reconstruction.

It usually takes less than 10 minutes to Okinawa Minami Inter in Okinawa Expressway and good access with car. Small rooms but clean and well priced.
Reviewed By Venture04013618786Very reasonably priced, clean and modern hotel in American Village. The room was a bit small for the two of us and our 1-year-old. Would need a family room next time. But would be ideal for couples. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside was we were getting second-hand cigarette smoke coming through our air conditioning from the guest next door who was smoking on his balcony. This was pretty disgusting.

Extra cost for the swimming pool

Bedroom is very spacious, bed is very comfy. - There was a washing/drying machine in the bedroom, what was excellent. There was plenty of amenities as well. - Staff is very attentive, kind and friendly. All information was provided in writen, in english, what was very good. - Location is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beach. There's a Lawsons downstairs. The spa is fabulous. Clean, spacious, very well organized and spotless clean. The massages are excellent too. Cons: - The Premier building is a good 5 minutes walking from the main building. There is no front desk on the Premier, so if you need something you need to call front desk on the main building and wait. - All the facilities (pool, restaurant, front desk) are on the main building. Since there is no "direct connection" between the Premier building and the Main building, one has to walk on the street to go from one building to the other. It is specially unconfortable when it is raining. - I booked this hotel because of the gym and swimming pool. When I tried to use the pool, I was informed that I should PAY EXTRA for the use, per person and per day of use. This is absolutelly nonsense, because this info was NEVER present during the booking process. - I couldnt't use the gym as well, because it won't be open till september 2020. We've never informed about it as well during the booking or check-in process. - There was a beautiful balcony on my bedroom, however, no furniture on it. No table, no chairs that could be used outside, so we could enjoy some fresh air. Because of that, we couldn't enjoy the balcony at all. Overall, I think this place is overpriced for what we got. There are better options around the same area with a better cost-benefit and without any "hidden costs". Charging extra for the swimming pool is absolutely wrong.

Situated in Chatan, we are just 1 km from Sunset Beach and 1.2 km from Mihama American Village. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Reviewed By Mibz117Great hotel for a 3 star hotel! Staff here are friendly and most either speak good or conversational english! Convenience store and restaurants nearby that closes very late. About 15 mins walk from American Village. They provide parking space, AC, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, water boiler, a heat plate to cook as well as utensils and kitchen ware to cook with. Whenever they made my room, it was done so well! I would definitely stay here again!
