Reviewed By dito777Hotel is very nice and here are some of my scores: Location - 10 out of 10, staff - 10, spa - 10, breakfast - 8, dinner - 6, standard room in crystal spa (4 star) - 4, in room facilities - 4. Room needs total renovation. Reception can be more beautiful, Very slippery entrance, parking spots and hotel ground are not mainteined well. Ice everywhere and is very risky walking.

Reviewed By Georgie DNous sommes arrives a l'hotel et comme d'habitude nous voulions preserver nos passeports et cartes de credit dans le coffre fort de la chambre. Le coffre etait en panne et malgre leurs promesses pendant 4 jours et jusqu'a notre depart pas de coffre malgre nos demandes repetees. Il s'avere qu'il en est ainsi dans la plupart des chambres. Nous voulions aussi un reveil par telephone tous les matins mais cela n'a pas ete fait. Nous avons demande une carte cle supplementaire (nous sommes un couple et n'avons recu qu'une carte cle) et 3 fois leur reponse a ete qu'ils n'ont pas de carte. Si vous avez 1 autre possibilite - choisissez un autre hotel ! Bonnes vacances

Perfect for families and the ski resort was walking distance from the villa, I would definitely stay here when I come back,

Reviewed By Старик ХMy good advice is stay away from this pithy pathetic excuse for a hotel. I’ll list some of the reasons. Of course, if you enjoy rap music from the hotel bar blasting through your hotel room at what seems like a thousand decibels at 1am at night and the staff only reluctantly turning it down after threats to call the police, then by all means this is a place for you. But normal people are not likely to get any sleep here. Other “treats” on store for you: - they never clean the rooms, bring fresh towels etc. unless you insist a hundred times. During our werk-long stay they never changed the beds, not once. - the food in the breakfast buffet which we paid for to be enclosed in the rate (and not cheap) is very poor, extremely poor choice and they seem to run out of stuff minutes after they open and never replenish it (each day they ran out of hachapuri Georgian cheese bread and would only provide it if we paid extra). - the location is in the old part of town, the mountain view which they claim to have is non-existent, and if you open the window instead of clean mountain air you get whiffs of cheap and extremely nasty-smelling cheap local petrol from cars in the street wafting into your room. Overall, we paid the equivalent of IS$200 a night for a “family room” for 3 people but only got two standard separate rooms which was highly uncomfortable and we felt was false advertising. It feels that the owners of this poor excuse for a hotel use every opportunity to rip iff customers, incl. false advertising and what suspiciously feels like positive false reviews they wrote themselves on travel sites. The best value hotel in Bakuriani
Reviewed By alexandre-s006It’s really hard to find a place with that much hospitality as in King David hotel. We were really pleased with the room, it was warm and shining clean. The owners of this property are the most friendly people. After a good rest, you can enjoy some really great paintings by owner’s daughter. In hotel basement you can find entertainment corner, with PlayStation and some childish toys. Because of Covid, there was no food available, but dining room was open for everyone. Hotel is equipped with an elevator, which makes everything really comfortable. After skiing, it may be hard to walk on 4th floor. We only had a very little misunderstanding, because someone else entered our room before our arrival (we didn’t book through booking.com or something like that, just by phone, so we didn’t have a real guarantee to complain), but we called in advance, before arrival, so everything was really smooth, we were transferred to another room. Just keep in mind to call in advance (just to be sure).

Beautiful place, amazing location next to forest!
Reviewed By Ninoomin1990We visited the place with group of friends. Host was extremely helpful and kind, he even arranged wood for fireplace in advance. Apartment was in pristine clean condition, kitchen was fully furnished, beds and sheets were new and clean. Shops can be easily accessed on foot (10-13 minutes walk) Good wifi connection, netflix was also available on TV. We loved the house interior design and forest behind the house was beyond gorgeous! We will surely visit again in future! Thank you.

Nice Hotel
Reviewed By Raghubrr‘Nice hotel but be prepared to deal with a lot of misunderstanding!!!’ We got to the hotel at 7am and had requested for early check in which was approved. When we got there, firstly, the guy at the reception told us that we had the wrong hotel!!!! The name on the property is different to the one listed on booking.com. We drove off looking for the right hotel, only to get directions from locals that led us back to the same place. Went in and tried to convince the guy at the reception and showed him the booking.com pictures, he then called another guy who came down (he was sleeping somewhere) and we convinced him we had the right hotel. The guy was annoyed and threw the keys at us and went back where he came from. No check-in or anything. We went to our room, settled in and the next day, a woman who hardly spoke English knocked on our door asking for payment. We where afraid to pay her so we asked her to meet us at the check in desk and we paid there. The whole arrangement was very weird, the staff are not helpful at all!!! The apartments are new and nicely decorated. They have everything you will need for your stay. The finishings are good and facilities are good as well.
