Good food although considering we just ordered a couple spinach dips, mozzarella sticks and a slice of cake it shouldnât have taken half an hour to come out. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Food is good though . Server very friendly and helpful

This relatively new spot is very clean and conveniently located and is good fast food along with excellent service. We would certainly go here again and recommend it for people in the area looking for something fast and reasonably priced.

This is one of the Swiss Chalet's where if you want to eat in you are basically having take out delivered to your table. That being said we came for take out and were amazed at how well they coped when their system went down. They posted a sign saying "cash only" and kept reminding folks in the line. Because their system was down (they didn't seem to be able to communicate electronically with the kitchen when the orders were made) the whole process took about 30 minutes. Yet the man taking the orders kept calm, kept communication going with the team and the customers. He kept an eye on the orders and made sure they were completed fairly and in order. Wow. Hope that they don't have to do it too often. Great job!

This is your typical average Pizza Pizza, offering OK pizza but nothing special. Avoid the slices. Most days they look freeze dried before they heat them and the tomato sauce often tastes rancid. They are probably unsold slices from either yesterday or even maybe a week ago. It's better to order a small pizza and then just wait the 15 minutes instead of gagging on a rancid slice.

We tried to locate a Swiss Chalet in Gravenhurst and were redirected to the toll-free number who advised that there were no locations in Gravenhurst. However, there were locations in either Bracebridge or Etobicoke! When we finally contacted the restaurant, we were disappointed to discover that some of the typical Swiss Chalet items were not available, such as steamed vegetables and coconut cream pie. We placed our order for pick up. The staff were very young at this location and were unsure of what they were doing. I waited an additional 15 minutes for my order. The food was fine and the staff did apologize for the wait.

My wife and I went here for ice cream on July 23rd and it was great. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Interesting options if you want more than just ice cream. Kawartha Dairies Ice Cream, what else can I say. Nice to have a new place in Gravenhurst for ice cream. We will be back, probably far too often.

I wanted a 'Breakie' Flatbread of some sort to take to Gull Lake Park early this past Sunday morning. Lots of fanfare as always for McDonalds, other Coffee Shops and Breakfast Restaurants BUT, I KNEW somewhere - there would be a Sub place! I found one close by and ordered a luxurious, toasted (loaded) hot breakfast flatbread with COLD ORANGE JUICE and dashed off to Gull Lake park in my car! Sat on a park bench munching in the early morning sun, shared wee bits with my dog and it truly enhanced my Muskoka weekend get-away for me. Thanks for the quality of your ingredients and being around when you are needed.

the best foodtruck in muskoka. you never leave hungry thats for sure.they have a good selection of burgers sausages poutine . it gets very busy in the summer so be ready for a wait. the drinks are pop or water.
