Overall everything was okay. I found a lot of the dishes under seasoned and a bit bland. Service was a bit spotty. Favorites were the baked cheese and sardines. Potato tortilla was okay, but under seasoned. We tried the penne as well, but it was a bit bland. Prices and dish sizes were very reasonable for tapas. More like a 3.5 than 3 rating.

The food here is excellent I've come three times on my trip and each meal was delicious! Absolutely delicious. The service is also excellent. Friendly and welcoming. You can watch planes land and take off st the airfield across the street. Often there are gliders and parachuters landing too. Highly recommended!

Family run restaurant, medieval, genuine small 'timber'-building with state of the art cuisine, local, fresh food - daily suggestions to be followed: they are the best of chef R.L. -' 35 seats, outside dining, when weather allows, situated in the heart of Walldorf, Baden, close to Heidelberg, city of birth: Mr.Astor, t h e famous US businessman ....

surprisingly was the ambient entering the restaurant. The partly African style gives a warm and welcome feeling. We ordered pizza and pasta, pasta without any cheese. The pasta came with cheese, the waitress was obviously not listening. Also the 1/8 glass of vine came as an 1/4...Overall, the food was ok, but not more than average.

Our Kaminrestaurant combines both comfort and modernity. We serve you aesthetic and light dishes from our fresh refined cuisine - in addition to the offered range of dishes, our chef advocates for a seasonal change of the menu. It is usually the little th
This place is tucked away in the town of Walldorf, but has a gourmet and fancy presentation of food! Unique dishes, all probably worth a try. I donât eat meat, and there were still plenty of options for me. In-season fruits and veggies, fresh usage of cheeses, interesting flavor combos (homemade curry butter!), and a surprise starter from the chef - a layered savory gelatin appetizer, in colors of the Germany flag - I think maybe he was bored and decided to get creative. ;). If youâre feeling adventurous, give this restaurant a try - itâs not the same-old-same-old. Especially if the weather is nice enough to sit on the outdoor patio - quiet and quaint.

Nice environment, large and good ambience. Large variety in menu items and different language versions available. Italian of course main focus, but diverse. Good pizza for a decent prize named Parma (ham and cheese). Service is fine and quick delivery. Had a good time and recommendable. Restaurant located in centre and view on a village square.

This is clearly rather a pub than a restaurant, quite noisy, always crowded but a pleasant atmosphere. There are a lot of food options on the menu, and there is an extra menu with specials (Austrian fare right now). The food was mixed. The meat was very good, but the datils with bacon were below average, felt like convenience food (they emphasize they prapare the food themselves). Prices are rather high, but still normal considered the central location and the proximity to SAP. Service was very attentive, rather too much caring than too little. We felt we had to order so ething new before we were even finished.Nice place to have a chat with friends, would go again.

My clients brought me there and I was a little bit scared beacuse I don't like to eat italian food outside Italy but in amazement I have really eaten very good! The owner is a really italian man from Calabria and of course he is super friendly.I ate pappardelle with porcini and they were DELICIOUS and then a white fish with vegetables and it was great too.If you are in Heidelberg get the chance to go there.
