I am staying at the hotel and as this was my last night, I decided to take it easy and come home early and have a light supper at the restaurant. This proved to be a great decision! I ordered the mushroom soup which was outstanding. I can tell you with all honesty that this soup hit a spot! It was thick, creamy and very mushroomy! As I am fond of cooking myself, I feel my judgement is based on knowledge and skill.I then ordered the fettucini carbonara which was brilliant! It was just what I expected; creamy, cheesy and delicious. I really enjoyed it!The serving size was perfect. It was just right and not too overpowering which made it possible for me to order and enjoy the two dishes. I am glad I decided to eat here today! If you stay at the Rosa hotel, you MUST come to Bica and Co Courtyard for a meal. At first sight this restaurant looked old and poorly maintained but:- food was delicious, specially the baked fish and fried mushrooms - good value for money- good service as we arrived at 6:30pm before the crowd Perfect place in order to avoid the tourist traps of many Melaka restaurants nowadays!

Dined there one night after seeing great reviews. They had a wood fire oven yet they used pre-made biscuit crust for the pizza! A smaller than average pizza size as well. Bread station lots of variety but bread was hard and stale. Pastas salty overcooked, not al dente. Risotto is like porridge. Very wet and runny. Service is the only thing good unfortunately. For the price, this is not the quality I expected at a Holiday Inn restaurant. As an IHG member who has eaten at the groupâs many restaurants, this has got to be one of the worst.

We enjoyed sitting by the Melaka river in the evening in the eclectic surrounds of the River View Cafe.To the delight of our children they serve a range of Western food, although I found there local dish selection quite limited.Prices were very reasonable and the food was very nice.

This wonderful busy restaurant serves authentic and amazing food. The buzz is great and the staff are passionate about the ingredients that go to make their delicious food. We sat at the open kitchen bar and watched the staff work so hard to produce dish after dish of tasty food, beautifully presented and made to order. Key ingredients are imported to ensure the tastes meet the restaurantâs high standards for authentic flavours.We had a fabulous evening, enjoying awesome cuisine in a wonderful atmosphere. Came here when I first arrived in Melaka after a short flight for a quick bite to eat. The menu is full of variety for a mid afternoon dinner / lunch. The spicy chicken sandwich was incredible, not too hot but had a great kick. The staff are very friendly and welcoming also. Hi, thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review.
