Hotel in small town
Reviewed By 321juliustComfortable but hotel a little run down. Not much choice at small town like bahau to choose to great hotel. No fridge in the room but water pressure is good. Air con is cold enough for our family. Surrounding with Zemark complex, it convenient to buy food and snacks.

Reviewed By DaengATSituated center of Kiara Business Park, Bahau. Nice location, surrounded with foods, bar and Kiara Mall. Clean and spacious room. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Water heater functioned well. Definitely will come back again if necessary.

Reviewed By yslsereneOn 4 March around 9pm or so, I have intended to book 2 rooms for 4 April, but not sure why or how, after I have paid for the rooms I realised it was booked for 4 March instead of 4 April. I have immediately contacted Agoda (since the booking was through Agoda), but was told they were unable to assist. I then contacted OYO customer service to seek their assistance to help me to amend the date to 4 April and I dont mind paying any extra fees charge but was again told they cant help me since its their policy if I dont check in on that date they will charge me and wont help me to amend the date. It just seems so absurb and heartless considering its already late at nite. How can an organisation be so inhumane as to punish a custome for a genuine error. And it's so irresponsible for both Agoda and OYO to just wash their hands off by pushing me to each other so that both of them dont have to act on it. I have persistently contacted both parties few times to beg for assistance but each time same response unable to assist. Is this what you call customer service? And do you feel its alright to cheat customer money this way?

Reviewed By Misto305Arrived 1.40pm the receptionist let us in although checkin 2 p.m..when entered the room, it was so big..but only 1 aircond with 2 ceiling fans (1 was under the aircond which not suitable )..toilet was very dirty as written in review..we have to bring up our slippers to wear in toilet as the floor dirty..the sinki bowl and toilet bowl was very disgusting..the fridge also dirty..i think they should trained their housekeeping *harder*..the room itself was hot during day, u cannot feel the aircond..but at night was ok..so tomorrow morning we moved out early..food easy to find its only beside the hotel..overall this hotel not recommended..u can add 10 20 ringgit to get better option from nearby hotel..
