Reviewed By 514juliuskIt doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It’s old, very dark and the beds are sagging terribly. It’s like cheap student housing. It’s also a long way from universal studios. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff : Polite and patient, their english is not very well but still understand what we need Rooms : we staty family flat, Kitchen bathtub , washing machine ... etc Breakfast : 2 style you can choose , both of them are delicious Everything is good , just some noise of train little bit loud but only first day for me is ok. next time if I go to Osaka, I still choose this hotel

We hope you and your partner have a good Osaka trip and comfortable in the room. There are private bathroom and toilet in our room.(Not share type) A home theater comparable to a movie theater is installed. We prepare everything you need,laundry , bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, air conditioner, heating, humidifier , free wi-fi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, sink, some kitchen utilities. In addition , water for drinking , tea , coffee, some amenity (for men and women).

広くて快適のはずだが
Reviewed By 172yukak今回は二度目の滞在でした。 一度目は上層階で特に問題はなかったのですが今回は二階で問題がありました。 部屋は広くで良いのですが、クローゼットの扉が壊れていてちゃんと閉まらないところがあります。 お風呂に入っていると黒い埃の塊のようなものがたくさん流れてきて、よく見ると浴室の扉の見えないところが水カビだらけ。 アメニティの歯ブラシで掃除したら水カビが出てくる出てくる。 しばらく磨きまくりました。 さらに換気口は埃が溜まっているというより埃の層が出来ている状態。 民泊のようなところなのでフロントもなく、運営会社に埃がハンパないので掃除機を借りたいとメッセージを送りましたが返事はなし。 場所も良いのでまた使うとは思いますがあまり期待せず、掃除道具も可能な限り持っていこうと思いました。

It is a renovation in the building which was a pawnshop. I change a figure from "the storehouse of the pawnshop" into the "living sense" "accommodations" and appear. From check-in to check-out, the stylish use becomes the possible condominium type hostel. You can stay by a plural number including a family and friends relaxedly. "Charm of Osaka" is full within the range of "a black gate market" and "Nihonbashi electronics quarter", foot including "back Namba" full of the vigor. The access to Kyoto, Nara is good, too. By all means the base of your trip in here "Group STAY CLASSE".

Spacious room near Dotonbori - but check in a bit stressful
Reviewed By Rachel CAfter being in some very small rooms in Toyko with teenagers, the space provided in this room was appreciated. The room was very comfortable and clean and allowed us to spread out. The small balcony, while only looking over other buildings, was welcomed as well. It is close to the main Dotonbori area, but in the seedier red-light part of town. It is worth noting that this is an apartment - not a hotel in the conventional sense. You check in via an iPad and cannot store luggage before checking in. The check in was straight forward, but lengthy (need to photograph, and provide information for each person/passports etc, call someone through the iPad, get two codes for entry) and the person before us was having all sorts of trouble with their room code. We arrived early and had no where to store luggage so had to drag them around with us for a few hours. This could also be an issue if you have a late flight out of Osaka. In short if you want space and comfort - choose this place. If you feel you need a bit more guidance and the staff support of a hotel, choose somewhere else.

Thank you very much for your interest in our facility 【Nedoco Osaka West】. It is an apartment type residential hotel which has opened in June 2018. 【Nedoco Osaka West】 is located in a quiet residential area and just a 3 minutes walking distance from Nishikujo Station. We are very close to Universal Studios Japan (only 2 stations away). It is also very easy access to Namba and Umeda areas. As a new residential hotel with 7 floors (total of 24 units), in addition to having a kitchen in all the rooms, the bathroom and the washroom. It is perfect for the family or long-term stay. We also have the luxury floor with upgraded interior rooms, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
So close to the station
Reviewed By DeblbeeWe stayed at Nedoco Osaka West for 4 days and 3 nights. We love the location- it is close to the Nishikujo station and also close to convenience stores. THe amenities in the room are all good. The staff (Moses and the rest) are all welcoming and polite and so helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Reviewed By 395qizWas fine until the hotel accuses me of breaking their door after check out. Received taunts and threats inside email, demanding me for compensation for damage that never happened. Everything is based on personal experiences. May give max 3 stars out of 5 if stuff didn't happen. How i wish 0 stars could be given.

Reviewed By jpjpchan家族で泊まらせて頂きました。エントランスはオートロックでセキュリティ対策も出来てるし、チェックインもタブレットでセルフで行う、コロナ禍にはピッタリなホテルでした。メールで届いたマイページ（？）みたいなものに先に同行者や情報を入力していたのでチェックインは30秒もかからず、とてもスムーズでした。お部屋はシアタールームに宿泊しましたが、１００インチのスクリーンに子供たちは大はしゃぎで、自身のAmazon Primeのアカウントから大画面でアニメを観ることができ、家族みんな大満足でした。お部屋も広くて、お風呂、トイレ、洗面所がそれぞれ独立しているので、使い勝手も清潔感も抜群で、このお値段はリピート確定です。コロナ禍の中でなかなか工夫されているホテルだなと感じました。メールでチェックインの情報が来たり、簡単ではあるがタブレットの操作もあるので、年配の方には少し煩わしいかもしれませんが、今までにないホテルなので我が家はこのホテルのファンになりました。

Spacious! 3. Internet (LAN) available. Just buy the wifi adapter & you can use your ipad, iphone, all other etc 4. Location is convenient, its near the Yao station, shopping malls, stores, pachinko etc 5. Service is excellent - housekeeping everyday (but they will ask u this upon check in so say YES) The check in experience might seems a little hassle to pther people because you have to go to other Yao Terminal Hotel to do so. But hey, no sweat its only 5mins walk! I am a happy customer! Will definitely come & stay here again
