Amazing place to stay!
Reviewed By MarieN661We absolutely loved our stay here...we even had to extend our vacation for 2 more days. So we managed to live in two different apartments of Vivmar. First: Perfect design! Very cosy rooms, everything you need for a short vacation is here...even washing machine. Second: It’s very important for me to have covered and secured parking! Third: The whole building is under security and it’s new. And lastly the location is nice, it’s only 15 minutes walk to all the main restaurants. Just far enough to avoid crowds and noise. Thank you to the host, everything was perfect!

Reviewed By _Bilo4ka_Отдыхали в отеле Вилла Альба в праздничные дни (27-29 июля 2015). Бронировали на букинге по скидке, 300 грн за сутки на двоих (обычная стоимость - 400 грн за сутки). База идеально подходит для тихого семейного отдыха. База находится в отдалении от центра (можно доехать на маршрутке, мы ходили по берегу пляжа – минут 30-40). До пляжа – 5 минут. Недалеко (минут 5 ходьбы) есть кафе, чуть дальше вглубь Будакской косы – рынок, большая столовая, магазин (минут 10 ходьбы). Пляж просторный и чистый, постоянно носят пахлаву, пиво и креветки. Персонал: отзывчивый. Отвечают своевременно на сообщения на букинге, подсказали, как добраться до отеля, как дойти до моря, где покушать. Очень приветливые девочки, которые убирали территорию. Чистота: номер достаточно чистый, нет пыли, балконы каждый день мыли, протирали столы и стулья. Красивые занавески, чистое симпатичное новое постельное белье. Главное, что совсем не похоже на санаторий или базу Светского типа с застиранным постельным бельем и зеленым покрывалом. Огромный плюс в том, что в отличие от других баз и отелей разрешают заселиться раньше и выселиться позже, если номер не занят (мы заселились в 11 и выехали в 14). Мебель: двуспальная кровать, стол, тумбочка, шкаф, холодильник, кондиционер. Все достаточно новое. Плюсы номера: • Наличие своего санузла (в Затоке много баз, где за такую стоимость номера санузел будет общий); • Наличие кухни (мы практически ей не пользовались, но очень многие готовили, видели кастрюли борща, картошки на столах, можно самому разогреть бутерброды, пожарить яичницу); • Наличие в номере холодильника и кондиционера; • Наличие в отеле повара, можно в любое время заказать еду; • Наличие столов на балконах (вечером прекрасно можно поужинать возле номера на свежем воздухе); • Отель находится в частном секторе, достаточно тихо вечером, нет громкой музыки; • Бесплатная парковка. Нам достался номер 21 (на третьем этаже, угловой), просто шикарно. Два окна и никто не ходит мимо номера. Небольшие минусы (не могу сказать, чтобы это были недостатки, так как существенно на впечатления об отеле не сказались): • Плохо закрывается внешняя дверь отеля, но потом приловчились; • В раковине плохой напор воды, пользовались водой из душа; • Сильно скрипит кровать; • Wi-fi на третьем этаже не работал; • Лейка в душе работает только, когда нажимаешь на кнопку. Не очень удобно, но зато вода расходуется экономно. За это хозяевам респект. Что взять с собой (описываю то, чего не хватало нам): • Дополнительное полотенце (так как выдают на двоих одно маленькое, одно большое) • Вешалки/тремпеля (так как нет ни одного, и нет стула, чтобы можно было повесить футболки) • Переходники/тройники (на номер 4 розетки, чтобы зарядить на ночь телефоны/планшет/батарейки на фотоаппарат маловато, учитывая, что включен холодильник) • Средство от комаров (отель возле болот, большое количество комаров даже на море) • Плед, чтоб сидеть укутавшись вечером на море (сильно кусают комары).

Reviewed By Kamen SMe and my friends stayed in Sun City Arcadia Apartments for 4th time this year. All i can say that this is maybe one of the best places to stay in Odessa ! The hotel is with perfect location close to all top clubs, bars and restaurants , also the SPA is incredibile. The apartments are huge and very clean every time, also the design is amasing-you get full privacy and no one from other guests can bother you. The staff is very helpfull and polite. There is no more to ask ! You get perfect service every time ! We will be back soon for another unforgetable holiday !

Reviewed By MrPokeyThese apartments are modern and well decorated and maintained. The rooms are reasonably sized with good bathrooms. Decent sized fridge with hotplate, kettle and essential kitchen equipment. Receptionist is helpful and friendly although needs to be supplied with chocolate. Good value for money, apartments and receptionist.

Perfect for a 4-6 people stagadoo (bachelor)
Reviewed By Dror_BE4 of us stayed in one of Igor's apartments for the weekend (2 nights). Even though it was the "less luxurious" apartment, it still felt and looked like a suite.... It's ideal for a few friends celebrating, and definitely better than a hotel in which you have to split up... Igor is a friendly and very fair host... it's very calming to know you don't have to worry about your 'landlord' being a scam...

Perfect apartments in Arcadia
Reviewed By michaelstevens1990Well, I was look for new, well furnished apartments with good view from window. In Arcadia was a lot of variants with good photo of apartments, but unfortunately, in real life, they was not good as their photos. And after that I chose this Genua Apartments. I hoped apartment will be as good as photos, and finally it was like that! When I came there, administrator met me near parking and came with me to my room. Panoramic window, light, and what is main for me - clean room. It was really great! So, of course, I will come back here and recommend this Apartments!!! 10.0!!!
