Wonderfull
Reviewed By Antony PWe stayed here when we first arrived in Sri Lanka and again on our last night. The appartments we had were great, well appointed, large and comfortable with well equipped kitchens. A great breakfast in a nice outdoor setting. The location is great for proximity to the airport. Plenty of eating spots to choose from. Not far from the beach. Host Sheehan is charming and helpful; he organised a good car and excellent driver for our 20'day tour. We did shop around first and found his rate as good as any we tried.

Nice clean modern and good wifi
Reviewed By cecaroZac and his wife Jeanette are very kind and helpfull. Also the staff is very friendly. The bedrooms are modern and very clean. Breakfast is good. A big plus is the good wifi! Definitly recommend this accomodation!

Reviewed By jandrabacioEl apartamento es muy cómodo, dispone de todo lo necesario. La terraza es impresionante, te sientes como en casa. La ubicación es lo único a mejorar pero si dispones de vehículo o no te importa andar unos 10 minutos hasta el centro es ideal.

Reviewed By Tony FHighly recommended place to stay in a Negombo. Owner and staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Good breakfast. Provided Sri Lankan breakfast knowing I preferred that!! Clean, big rooms, good bathroom with hot water. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, pillows and white linen. Nice small pool and garden. Very well located near restaurants, bars, beach and other big hotels. Will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By magdalenab34It was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and it was perfect choice. The place wasn't luxurious, but very cozy and pleasant. The host and service were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, equipped with towels, air condition and mosquito net. Breakfast were delicious - omelette, tosts with butter, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juce. Superb location - close to the best restaurants in Negombo, close to the beach, not far away from the the airport and the train station. It's a nice place at a good price.

The house is in a quiet place but very near beach bars and restaurants The host and his wife are very friendly and accommodating to any small or large request. Always clean and lovely breakfast when I need it - not on set times Stayed here 18 days this time

Accommodating late arrival, incredible hosts
Reviewed By Jmwhale2My husband and I arrived at their lovely homestay at almost 2am from the airport (a quick $10 USD cab ride away--much better location than staying in Colombo!) and Rahula and his wife couldn't have been more accommodating. I had chosen their home based off of the excellent trip advisor reviews, and they couldn't have been more spot on. Rahula was easily accessible for contact prior to our arrival, and waited up for us as our cab pulled up (he even carried my HUGE bag up the stairs and wouldn't take no for an answer). Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and had a lovely balcony and ensuite bathroom. Our hosts prepared us a lovely little breakfast the next morning, and gave us great advice for our quick departure the following morning to Kandy. They called us a tuk tuk driver to drive us to our bus station, and made us promise to call them if we needed anything at all during our travels (Rahula works for the US embassy so I'm sure he may be able to help if need be in a pinch!) We would absolutely stay with them again on a return (or departure from) Colombo! Highly recommended!!!
