Great for a family with small kids
Reviewed By totomanStayed in the residence with my family in may 2019. Premium apartments are very nice with a great view on the sea. The standard one are more disappointing i think. The residence in itself is great for a family : greats gardens, superb pools. There is a great restaurant in the residence called le Balaou. Concerning the breakfast it's ok but nothing great. Avoid the lunch and dinner at Instant créole they are really mediocre. Overall the residence is great for a family with a nice value for the price paid. It's far from the standard of Club Med but then again club med is much more expensive. I recommend it if you are with small kids. If you are a couple of have much older kids i think there are better options in guadeloupe.

Reviewed By Fabrice1987Après une journée de marche sur Terre de Bas, nous arrivons à la résidence. Nous sommes surpris de constater que l'accueil est fermé malgré une affichette indiquant une ouverture dès 14h30. Nous décidons de téléphoner à l'établissement en vain et n'avons d'autres choix que de patienter. Finalement, une dame arrive 45 minutes plus tard sur place sans même nous saluer. Nous nous présentons pour récupérer les clés de la chambre, c'est alors que cette personne prend un appel personnel et nous refait attendre. Elle nous remet finalement les clés sans autre indication. Bref, un accueil lamentable par une personne manifestement pas du métier du tourisme. La résidence est calme et agréable mais ça ne rattrape pas cette manque de politesse.

Lovely pool
Reviewed By Donald Munroe EWe stayed one night before a very early flight the next morning. This accommodation is rather odd, being a mixture of apartments, central social building, and motel-like suites around a pool. Upon arrival no one was there. We called the number on the door of the office and in a few minutes someone arrived to give us our key. Our suite consisted of a kitchenette (rather outdated)/living area, bed-like couch and a small tv on the wall; bedroom; bathroom. The bed had a hard foam mattress, 2 pillows, and a top and bottom sheet. The bedroom had a good air-conditioner. The bathroom was outdated but adequate with good hot water. We hardly slept due to the uncomfortable mattress, ultra cold airconditioner and no blanket, plus a constantly barking dog and then a noisy rooster. However a huge plus is the swimming pool which is spotlessly maintained. We were the only ones using the pool and surrounding area. Excellent WiFi. The cost for an overnight stay was 85 euros.

Reviewed By I7174PLnormansnot the greatest - Fritz is nice and quite presentable - rooms are strange with a raised floor in the center so you break your neck whenever you go to the bathroom at night - don't ask for towels or anything, for that matter - there are no doors but more like riot gates (I suppose because of hurricanes) - and you realize the price is not cheap considering all these things, but watch out for the $70 cleaning fee! Wtf! You can find a better deal, no doubt....

Le bungalow vent d'ouest est merveilleusement situé avec d'un côté la forêt tropicale et de l'autre une vue incroyable sur la plage de la grande anse et ses couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. L'équipement est parfait, rien ne manque, et Virginie, notre hotesse est d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement
