ＪＲ船橋駅から飲食店が立ち並ぶ少し歩いたところにあるお店です。赤いテントが目印です。ランチに伺いました。ハムカツがトッピングされたソースラーメンをネットでみましたが、シンプルなものをオーダーしました。紅生姜と青海苔、見た目はソース焼きそばですね。食べみるとやっぱりこれはソースラーメンです。飲んだ後の〆に食べたい味です‼️ご馳走様でした。

I went there in September twice because its lunch was all-you-can-eat for 1680 yen within 80 minutes in weekday. The price was cheaper than I eat Sushi. I went there with some friends and we enjoyed eating so much. However, the time was too short to talk with my friends. If you went there in weekend, you can chose all-you-can-eat for 1780 yen within 90 minutes. It’s enough time.Regarding the atmosphere, it’s agreeable. In front of the restaurant, you can see terracotta army and a gong. You will eat, sitting around round table. These interior made us feel as if we had been in China. However, the warriors were little scary. My friend had avoided to go there because of them.There are various menus. We ate hashed potatoes and soft creams not only Chinese foods. Needless to say about Chinese cooks, It’s the real Chinese. However, Sichuan style bean curd was too hot. My friend also said that. Be carefully, when you eat that.As I know, the staffs were hospitable. They often cleared our table and they made great effort not to make us wait for a long time. They accepted customers as much as they could. They were also punctual that’s why they noticed us when we had last 10 minutes of eating time.

夜にファミリーで予約で伺いました。コース料理は相変わらずの品数が多く、満足の品ですが、前回以上にサービススタッフが慣れて無い雰囲気。以前の訪問時は、まだ新しいスタッフなのか？と、思い諦めましたが、今回はそれ以上にサービスの鈍さを感じました。お料理は良いのに、非常に残念です。

船橋ラビリンズの極めつけ、入り口に看板すらない袋小路を100メートル以上進んだ行き止まり、普通の感覚であればまず出店を控えるような立地にあるのが「川菜味」。故陳建民氏に教えを受けた店主が営む、中国四川料理のお店です。休日のランチタイム、開店とほぼ同時に入店、行列こそありませんが続々と来客が続いていました。頂いたのはランチメニュー筆頭の麻婆豆腐の定食（￥865税込）。七割方埋まった店内でしたが、さほど待たされる事もなく配膳されました。20cm程のお皿にたっぷり盛られ、食欲を誘う色と香りを放つ麻婆豆腐。一口頂くと、唐辛子の辣味、花椒の麻味、供にバランスが良く、さらに深いコクと旨みが加わったさすがの逸品。けっして刺激的な辛さという訳ではありませんが、頂いている内には発汗作用も促され汗が出てきました。土地勘がないとちょっと迷うかも知れませんが、訪ねるだけの価値がある名店です。おいしかった ごちそうさまです

Having defined Din Tai Fung (Shinkong Mitsukoshi) in Tapei as "a marvellous travel in a F A N T A S T I C new world", it's quite clear that it's really difficult for any restaurant to be at the same (or similar) level.Having made this premise, I would say that Din Tai Fung in Funabashi (Shapo commercial center) offers good food, even far from the absolute excellent of the same restaurant in Taipei. Food is a little overpriced. Generally speaking,that's a pity, because more than looking at it as a good restaurant, I look at it as at a lost opportunity.

船橋の中華料理を検索すると本格中華料理をいただける老舗と書いてあります。いつかは訪れてみたいと思っていましたが、やっと念願かなっての訪問です。さすが有名店、待合室もあります。フカヒレスープ、ボリュームたっぷり、最高です‼️美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
