We stumbled upon Ganzo on our way to our hotel, and we are so glad we decided to stop by! Great service (we had a nice chat with Alessandro, thanks for your recommendations on what to order). And the food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle al uovo with truffles, burgers and pizzas, it was all excellent. It was before Christmas so a lot of families and large groups of people having a great time.Dear Elsa,Many thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant. Had a delicious pasta meal here on Sunday 24th April 2016. The service was excellent, the waiters were almost running around the whole restaurant to give great service to all it's customers. It's a very busy restaurant, so I'd recommend booking a table in advance. I will definitely come back to Ci Ritorno next time I'm in Pontedera and can truly recommend this place to anyone considering eating out here.

This is a traditional Tuscan trattoria, friendly, full of locals. There is no menu but the food and the wine just keeps coming! The pasta was cooked to perfection and then huge plates of beef, which were fantastic, but we could not eat it all so they gave us a doggy bag.The staff were so friendly and attentive. We returned the following day in search of yeast to make our own pizzas and the owner insisted on giving us some of their yeast- so kind. This is the real deal. I will be back!

The Restaurant is situated in an old farm. You eat in the ex wine cellar. The decoration is quite kitch. The food is excellent. A bit nouvelle cuisine but sufficient in the helpings. In summer the view into the valley is stunning. Friendly service

Some of the places just have it and that is the case with L'Eremita. Restaurant is super cosy in the old basement structure of the Montopoli. You can find parking about 50 meters down from restaurant. Interior was super well decorated. Staff super friendly and accomodating to different requests for changes in dishes offered without a blink. Antipasti were super nice (and super big) - we recommend to size your appetite as it will be hard to accomodate everything. Main courses delicious. We had also seen some super looking Dolci but we misjudged sizes of our stomachs - so we all regretfully declined it :) which I am still sorry for. Anyway big recommendation - you will not regret it- everything was just top notch. Of course please make reservation - you can do it online on tripadvisor.

Ate here on our first night in Pontedera, our Italian isn't much good, but the staff very kindly read us the menu. The food was lovely, we all had three courses, but the duck was beautiful as was the carbonara. This is more of a wine restaurant rather than beer, however the waiter went out of his way to buy beer from a shop for my husband which we thought was a nice touch. A lovely hidden gem which I would highly recommend. Great restaurant tucked away in Bientina Toscana nice place overlooking a man made lake.We had dinner there on a Monday the food was mouth watering.We had some lovely pasta with shellfish my friend had some delicious ravioli and the Frittto misto was superb.We then had a Fiorentina , a fillet and fresh fish all cooked to perfection.We opted for their local wine by the carafe which was from a Montalbano winery quite good.Desserts were amazing , service 100% the owner who is of Corsican origin takes pride in her work and really takes care of her clients.Grazie di Cuore!!!
