Reviewed By PP_RJThe hotel is very near to the city center - about 1-2min by car. Everything is clean, tidy and silent. The view to the forest mainly made of Araucaria's trees is relaxing and romantic. Great internal size of the chalet, which has hot tub, gas heater, fire place, and an enormous balcony. This is for sure a place for couples. There is a beautiful pool in front of the breakfast saloon. Free wi-fi. The only negative comment is that the hotel was not accepting any credit cards.

Reviewed By Johnny SWe stayed in the Suspenso Maior during 3 days. The place is great for resting. There is no noisy around. We were in touch with nature daily. The room is clean and excellent atmosphere The staff is very friendly. We loved daily delicious breakfast. Beyond we took 2 hours relaxing massage, an amazing experience with beautiful twilight. Silvia definitely thought in each detail for our wellness. We really recommend to check packet massage and consider book Jardim Suspenso da Babilônia to stay.

Reviewed By dls251Stayed here for one night as part of a tour package to Lencois Marahenses. Two-room suite was very clean with fast wifi and hot water. Breakfast was good. Ate lunch at restaurant hotel - service was a little slow but the food was good. I would stay here again.

Reviewed By gac06I wish we booked more days there. Lovely cosy bungalow with all amenities. Excellent breakfast included. 2 minutes walk to the lagoon and bars and restaurants. Lovely pool on site but not needed. Our bungalow had kitchen with seating area. Definitely stay again

My worst experience in a hostel
Reviewed By julietaloaizalopezI don't really like this place, they offer a hostel, but it is not, it is a camping and offer some rooms, they don't have bed sheets and blankets, which is horrible because everything is dirty and nights are really cold, because it is a river close.They offer a kitchen without anything to cook, you have to share toilets with a lot of people, who are camping and the price is so expensive.I asked for blankets and they told me I have to pay 20 Reales for one and they were so rude with me without willing of helping me. In addition, if you go late for check out (even 16 minutes) you have to pay a penalty. All for them is about money, not customer service. I don't recommend you this place, I found some hostels better with friendly people and a better price.
