Reviewed By 109sevdagThe hotel has a wonderful panoramic view over Tsarevets and Trapesitsa, as well as common terrace and outdoor pool. The place was very clean, freshly renovated. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel is located on a hill and It takes about 10 minutes on foot to get from there down to Samovodska Charshia, but the view is totally worth it. I definitely recommend staying there!

Welcome to the newly built Hotel Lucky, situated in the old part of Veliko Tarnovo. The hotel is located in close proximity with the following sites of historical interest: the Tzarevetz fortress, the museum of The Bulgarian Revival and the Constituent Assembly and the Archaeological Museum. The hotel disposes of 6 double rooms, 6 triple rooms, 1 apartment and one studio.

Reviewed By lollyem-travelmoreThe view is amazing. In the evening there was a light show at the tsaravet citadele that we watched from the balcony. The rooms are decent. Don't expect much. The breakfast was terrible. If I knew this, i would have skipped it to save time. There were slices of bread with margarine and salami that did not look good and something like sponge cake rolls with a lot of sugar. The coffee was ok though (lavazza done at the esspresso machine). The parking was hard to reach and the staff did not speak english nor accepted payment by card. We paid in euros and received change in levas.

Reviewed By Rosssi8503It was very easy to book a room. The owner was extremely nice and also provide us with parking space. The room was clean , spacious and quiet. 10 min walking from Tsarevets and the view from the balcony was amazing. Cant recommend enough.

Perfect overnight stay!
Reviewed By antoniya_blWe stayed for 1 day in Veliko Tarnovo and this was the best possible place for us. Relatively close to all hot spots, the rooms were clean and the staff was real helpfull. The only downside was the lack of balcony in the room, but this did not stop us from loving the place.

From the Hotel Comfort you can have a breath-taking view to TsarevetcHill, Trapezitsa , ,Arbanassi ,Yantra river and the old part of town with an unforgettable view.The balconies of the Hotel give people chance to see the audio-visual show "Sound and Light"of Tsarevets Hill - the old capital of Bulgaria.The Hotel is located on a quiet street. The fasade and the interior of the Hotel are in the style of a Bulgarian House.The owners of the Hotel "Comfort" do their best so that the hotel deserves the name it has. Comfort is a typical family Hotel. If all this sounds as a self promotion, come and see yourself .Thank you

Reviewed By JRiddingtonYThe location is in the old town. One has to drive one's car very slowly down the ancient bumpy stone road, but the new town of VT is relatively characterless and dull. The Comfort is an Old School family hotel in an excellent position. The owner has put up numerous adverts for the Hotel Comfort all over the place and these are quite confusing. I banged on the door of a derelict old building, which bore a large sign saying "Hotel Comfort." I was only glad that it wasn't. A helpful local told me it was just "publicity" and directed me to the real hotel 100 or so yards away! The hotel (once located) is excellent. The landlord was very helpful and friendly. It has its own car park. It is very clean and basic. The rooms are quite adequate and comfortable. It is wonderful value for money.

Comfortable and easy check in. We had a great stay here and added bonus was being able to see the light show from our bedroom window!
