Do tamanho do quarto e localização do hotel, inserção na natureza, proximidade de água, o som da cascata. floresta densa. Zona de refeições aberta para natureza e toda a estrutura em madeira, restaurante também é muito bom. parque de estacionamento livre. Relação qualidade preço excelente.

Great hotel, friendly service
Reviewed By JICHFThe hotel is well located in Sapareva Banya, not to far away from the starting point to visit the Riga lakes so this town is a very good option for a short stay and this hotel, the best one in the area. Personal at the reception are really nice and smiley. The same you can say about the girl attending the SPA. Rooms are comfortable and nice, the breakfast area is also nice and the SPA is great after a day of trekking in the area, including the jacuzzi pool in the roof floor. It is more expensive than other hotels in the area but if you can afford it, I won’t consider any other option. You can also park for free in the private parking and enjoy the SPA area without any extra cost.

The welcome was pleasant and seamless: we were able to get by with our limited Bulgarian vocabulary thanks to the patience of the staff. Our room was as expected-clean and with ample storage for two nights’ worth of clothes. The mattress was quite comfortable. The small balcony looked out to the trees and was well-appointed. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is a wet room with glass separating the toilet from the shower. We were supplied with two nice robes and shampoo and conditioner. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and the food was simple, very tasty, and piping hot. There was ample food for breakfast which was included in our reservation. The service was excellent and staff friendly. We will definitely visit Villa Ema again!

Reviewed By Y6713FC_Overall, a very nice visit. Perfect location with plenty of parking spaces. Close to the main attractions. Rooms were cozy, spacious and with wonderful view of the mountains and neighbors bathroom. The Restaurant was awesome, the customer service, on the other hand, was mediocre. The food, however, was excellent, delicious and world class. There is a great terrace, which you can enjoy in great weather. The bathrooms were quite disappointing and not well-thought.

Reviewed By mtodorova1We went to Seven Rila lakes and spent the night at Asya Guest House. All 12 of us really enjoyed our stay. Good customer service, breakfast on time (homemade banitsa was delicious) and the place was clean.

Good for the price
Reviewed By Iwa KThe rooms are clean and spacious for the price, the bathrooms were clean and tidy also. When we arrived, the lady on the reception was nice and friendly. But in the one guy from our group had problems with the health. He was not feeling good at all and we asked the man on Reception to call the Emergency. He just said: “ This is not my problem, You have to deal with this”.. It was kind of rude because the human life was affected. It was not a problem for us to call 112, but we tought that they have to know that Emergency will come and if they are able to do something to help us, just to do it.! Afterwords in the morning the lady behind the bar was nice too and the cappucino was good. Everything else was good except this man who is not taking any risks to help to the people who need it.

Reviewed By sunflower983This is a great place for a city escape, party with friends. Stuff is friendly and very welcoming. The food is yummy, the wine and rakia are strong :) From here you have several options for one-day trips. In winter it is very close to the ski area.
