Ritornati a Saturnia siamo ovviamente tornati al Bagno Santo ed ovviamente abbiamo cenato presso il loro ristorante . Ovviamente eccellente ed i troppi avverbi sono giustificati dalla bontà delle materie prime ( tutto fatto in casa dalla signora Mariella e dalle sue assistenti ) , dalla cortesia del servizio , dai giusti tempi di attesa e dal fatto che siamo potuti entrare con il nostro amatissimo cane senza nessun problema . Aggiungendo che ( bevande a parte ed hanno un vino casalingo ottimo ) la cena costava 22 euro a testa francamente è difficile non usare aggettivi ed avverbi superlativi . Ci torneremo . Ovviamente!

It is not quite the heart of tourist scene in this part of the Maremma. The Osteria was sort of open, although there were no other customers. The chef gave us a cheerful welcome and we had a very respectable risotto with seafood and orange slices. We shared some cheese for dessert, and were happy for a nice meal on a beautiful day. \The hostess seemed a bit distracted, perhaps more involved in supervising outside construction workers. Service was charming, but erratic. It is an attractive restaurant, and the menu looks interesting when a larger meal is on our agenda.

We stayed at the hotel on this property for 5 days and ended up having dinner at this restaurant every night. The food and wine selection were excellent. Service was excellent. The view and sunset were breathtaking. We highly recommend this restaurant.

There is no easy way to cover all of the great points of La Filanda. Tucked in a quiet part of Manciano, La Filanda is a warm, well run restaurent that serves excellent food. The setting is very, very nice a quality dining experience awaits. The service by the attentive staff added to a very pleasant evening. Without a doubt, Nonsolopane was our favorite eatery in Italy. Every day we were in Maremma we started our day at Nonsolopane getting delicious sandwiches and pastries for the day. In addition to delicious food, we received wonderful recommendations for where to go and what to do. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner there also, and had the pleasure of watching the Italy v Germany soccer game. Thank you Nonsolopane for making our time in Maremma so special!

It happens very often to read a review using words like "amazing", "outstanding"... Because of this, I don't really know how to describe "La Imperiale - Ristomacelleria" because they are definitely a step above other meat restaurants. As first dish, we ordered an undescribable Gnocchi di Monica con ragú di cinghiale (hmmmm, so soft and tasty!). As second dish, a Bistecca Fiorentina... can't really describe how soft and fresh it was...Summarizing: a simple place (it is a butcher!) where the quality of their ingredients and cooker makes the big difference. Worth coming with family/friends to remember together how good it was!!! :)
