Things to do in Green Turtle Cay
Turtle Crawl Cafe is the newest restaurant to open in Green Turtle Cay, Abaco. We offer a wide range of Coffee, ice cream, sandwiches, salads and wraps. We provide healthy options along with Bahamian cuisine. We offer a dining area inside along with a spa
Small, informal restaurant close to Sundowners. We had a great snack and a nice chat with one of the owners. I plan on going back soon. There is ample cart parking on the other side of Crown St.

Arrived here with our tender, friendly patrons from the get go. Casual wood table seating, good music, they have an indoor and outdoor area, good drinks. We didn't have any food, but they do serve some. Lots of fun, recommend it for sunset happy hour, enjoy! Remember - low key and casual

So, we slept in and were on the hunt for breakfast, Mcintosh was our 3rd attempt to find food... Part of our party was starting to exemplify the definition of "Hangry"; the waitress said no problem -come on in, we could have breakfast or lunch but not both because they were getting ready to switch the grill over, we quickly decided to just go for lunch at this point and I AM SO GLAD WE DID! It was awesome! We enjoyed everything - Grouper Sandwiches, Fried Conch, Cocktails! Plus, Plus, Plus... The bakery items looked delicious, especially the Lemon Meringue Pie, OMG! Next trip back to Green Turtle we will make it a point to come back. My best advise would be to let the waitress steer you in the right direction food-wise - SHE DID US RIGHT! Enjoy!

This place is very popular with the locals and cane highly recommended. I am glad we tried it because it was delicious! We had the fried fish fingers and fried chicken sandwich (both available grilled if you prefer), fries, and sweet tea. The fish was incredible and so fresh. The chicken was also delicious with light batter. The sweet tea was just like youâd find in the Carolinas and Georgia. Our total came to $28 - by far the best prices on island. There are a few picnic tables out front and the flies can be a pest but overall very glad we found it. I would definitely recommend!

When we arrived on the ferry from Treasure Cay, we decided to rent a golf cart so that we could go to The Bluff House. I hadn't been there in 35 years, but had fond memories of the view from there. It was quite a long ride, but we were glad we did it. We ordered a couple of beers at The Tranquil Turtle and sat looking at the beautiful beach and water. I needed to check in for our flight the next day, and the server was so sweet to help me get onto their surprisingly good wi-fi to accomplish my task. We walked out to the water and finished drinks and took a couple of photos. After reading many of the reviews, I wish we had been hungry and eaten!

Leeward Yacht Club is the premier marina and resort on Green Turtle Cay in the Abaco. The marina offers protected, easy access for sailboats, power boats and yachts. Nestled against a lush, tropical, 7 acre resort with A restaurant, bar, pool, tennis cour
My family and I stayed at the marina so the restaurant was quick and accessible. The first set of staff was completely miserable, no personality or interest in conversation. They seemed like they hated life. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches with fries and conch fritters. The fritters were okay - not really my thing. The pulled pork sandwiches arrived with coleslaw rather than fries and, guess what, our previous server left for the day and the new girl, who was much better, was left with what the previous girl put on the bill. I was irritated, does anyone actually order coleslaw anyway?! Thankfully, the sandwiches were so amazing, I let go of my fries issue! Other than that, the staff at the yacht club are friendly. There is a clean laundry room and the bathrooms do the trick (need better ventilation). Itâs a quick golf cart ride into town. I would recommend this location.

The food and service is exceptional for a casual island eatery. Plenty of good options, incl an 8 oz. burger that is delicious and wonderful barbeque options one night a week.WE enjoyed eating here several times- not a single complaint, either! Special options for vegans, gluten-free, and special diet needs, too. Special feature is a wide variety of ice cream flavors is a big hit with kiddos & adults, also! You will love Stephanie: she's GREAT!!!

Great food and a deep water fed pool. Our 2nd favorite for conch fritters. If cracked conch is your thing they do a very good rendition. Have a pina colada. The best conch salad is found here, for sure.

Fantastic seafood options overlooking a magnificent view of the bay. This dining experience is worth the trip- at any price. Bahamian fare in this perfect setting make this an experience to remember: the setting, the service, the food- well worth eating here at least twice or more. Perfect for special occasions, too!!!
