This is not the easiest place to find but the landmarks include a giant billboard of a woman smiling and plates of various pork dishes and a small store across the street from the parking area that sells wasabi items and ice cream.The food here is simple but so well prepared as to be flawless. The draw seems to be the pork dishes which are heavily featured but there are beef and chicken dishes as well. Chunks of crunchy coated crisp fried white meat chicken come on a plate with shredded cabbage and some herbs and tomato: divine. There are two sauces that accompany this dish and both are packed with flavor. The pizza can be made without meat by request and is a hot delicious thin crust vegetable delight. Thick chunks of eggplant, small pieces of potato, two kinds of mushrooms and slices of red pepper anchored by a gooey, high quality cheese adorned ours. One of each dish was enough for two.The view is the added value here. Park and then walk across the bridge over a stunning river valley surrounded by trees and mountains. The restaurant is hidden within the trees on the other side of the bridge. A perfect and peaceful retreat fro nature and food lovers to relax and enjoy a great meal and birdsong. Pick a table or balcony seat outside and watch the kayaks on the water below. Bring a camera.Thank you for your visit.We are also waiting for your use.
