A company that celebrates 47 years of existence, since the big masks from their earlier work in 1971, to the dancers in the 80's and 90's and the small puppets - almost alive - that have made company known, the Contadores de Estórias (The Storytellers) were and still are a group dedicated to the study, the exploration and the discovery in their artistic language. Because of this set of characteristics, since 1981 chose the tranquility of the historic city of Paraty to establish themselves and there they keep Teatro Espaço. It is in this theater that they present, every Wednesday and Saturday, 'Em Concerto', running for over 23 years and seen by over 120 thousand people so far.
