Pantanal Trackers

I'm a tour guide with 30 years’ experience guiding in the Pantanal. I take a different view of eco-adventure tours than other guides and that's why I decided to set up my own agency. As the grandchild of a native Brazillian Indian raised in the Pantanal, my main goal is to share my love of the region with others. My grandfather Julio taught me the secrets and knowledge about the fauna, flora (medicinal plants), animal tracking and being a peao (cowboy). I aim to diversify the Pantanal tour experience by not only observing and sharing my knowledge about plants and animals but also bringing you into contact with local people and peoes (cowboys). I'm also a freelance airplane pilot, licensed in the USA where I used to work as pilot during the Pantanal's flood season. If you want to see the beauty of the Pantanal from a different point of view, I would love to take you on a sightseeing flight Julinho Monteiro
