Ballooning center Barje was established 19 years ago in Ljubljana. We operate balloons with a capacity of up to 4 or 12 passengers. In our company we only employ highly skilled pilots with more than 3000 hours in flight. They are flight instructors as well so you will be in safe hands at all times. We mainly operate in two areas, although upon request we can also fly elsewhere in Slovenia. One is area of the capital city of Ljubljana and the other is breathtaking area of lake Bled surrounded by the Alps. Kalvarija is a hill in the city of Maribor. It's 375 meters high and it has the church of Saint Barbara on the top. There is a great view over Maribor from the top of the hill, but the main attraction(and challenge)are the stairs with 455 stone steps that will take you to the top of the hill from the property where the Biotechnical School Maribor is located.

Bike Park Kranjska Gora has a huge variety of trails on the slopes of the Vitranc Mountain. It has a vertical drop of 350m from the upper to the lower station of the 4-seats chair lift. The trails come in all sorts and sizes and regardless of your knowledge and MTB experience fun is definitely guaranteed. There is more than 150 features like berms, rollers, step-ups, tables, wall rides, jumps, drops, etc.. There are plenty of trails with roots, some with loose rocks. The trails can be combined into virtually infinite number of combinations. We offer rental bikes, protection gear and MTB instructors.
