My husband and I travelled to Sweden for the Christmas holidays where we stayed in nearby Harads. As an avid horseback rider, I have always wanted to try skijoring and was thrilled to see that Vuollerim offered this experience! I was in contact with Evalena from the tourism company and she was just lovely. She arranged all the details and made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing time. You could really tell she cared and enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the area! As for the skijoring experience, it was such a blast! The ladies at the Vuollerims Ridklubb treated us like old friends and I loved learning about Swedish culture and traditions. Their horses were very well looked after and I had the most patient skiijoring teacher. Highly recommend if you are looking to do something different!
