We did a 12 day customized trip in 2018. Found this company through Zicasso, Kieran was great arranging it all and communication was easy. Our trip started in Buenos Aires where we did a cooking class at the Argentine Experience and took a tango lesson. Our dance instructors took us out to a milongo afterwards and we ended up staying out until 2am. It was great! We felt completely immersed in the culture. We then flew to Iguazu and toured the jungle, got blasted by the falls in a boat ride and saw all the incredible creatures that live there. Our last 5 days were spent hiking in Patagonia where we trekked the Perito Moreno Glacier, visited a ranch, and then drove to El Chalten for the final days. All of our transportation was provided, all internal flights booked by Kieran, and everything was just wonderful. To this day, it’s one of my favorite vacations!

Very nice place, delicious food and the staff is very friendly. I never took the owner's name but he seems to be a nice guy, his wife is the restaurant's chef a friendly lady who cooked an amazing meal. Their "soup on the bread" was very very good. Their bread is cooked in the reaurant. Pro tip: when we told the staff how good their bread was they offered me a free one to take home. I will be in Gramado for a few more days and I'm planning to visit this bistro at least one more time.

I came from new york to brazil to visit my girlfriend's family. She lives at this little town called Quatro Barras. Not so far from there we heard there is a winery where we could go and sample some amazing wine. I have to tell you that I was so surprised with this place! We were accompanied by the owner Ambrosio fardo and his son Manuel who was able to tell us the history of the place and the process for the wine production in English. Everything is really impressive from the esthetic of the place, the organization and of course the wine. I would definitely recommend to stay and experience the wine and cheese paring. Overall its an amazing experience and we will be back for sure!!

Very nice experience. I took the tour on a Sunday in the middle of the pandemics and it was more than I could expect. We cover almost all the landmarks in the historic center. My guide Mauricio was very friendly and helpful. He has a great knowledge of his country and city´s history. Highly recommended.

Fantastic trip through the jungles and mountains. Having a cabin to ourselves made it very Covid safe and allowed my young boys to relax. Snacks were more than adequate and drinks unlimited. The support from the agency was first class: prompt, helpful, flexible and bilingual. I was very impressed. The website gives clear explanations of options (e.g. the different carriages), with pictures.

So to start off the old steamer doesn't run anymore but what they do is put a train car locomotive engine behind it then the caboose with passengers you can see it in plain site the steamer only toots its whistle at times and steam jets from n bottom very disappointing didn't go for the ride aren't going to pull one off on this New York boy..And at 75 us at the time fore a 1hour and 15 min ride no thanks rather spend on a good dinner.
