Surprisingly perfect!
Reviewed By MigAngTorresI must admit, when we first arrived in the hotel, I was surprised by the hospitality of the staff who welcomed our group of friends who had a short stay in Armenia. They were really nice especially the lady who checked us in and the other lady who cooks our breakfast. Don't be fooled by the hotel's entrance along the small alleyway because once you enter their rooms, it's big and super clean! They don't have a lift so you have to carry your luggage to go up to the rooms. But considering at this price point, it won't matter to you. The hotel is perfect for travellers who wants to explore Armenia on a whole day trip and needs a decent room to stay and keep their belongings. It's strategically located in the heart of the city where you can find a 24hr City Centre grocery and currency exchange at the front, walking distance to local food restaurants, small thrift shops and more. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family who wishes to visit Armenia anytime soon...

Great Stay, Best View Yerevan

Hotel is located Nork marsh area which is around 2 to 2.5kms to the the city centre easily reachable to city by taxi in 5 to 7 mints. Rooms are big and spacious, Good breakfast. Over all great experience!

An upcycled and cozy lodge in the middle of wild nature in Armenia
Reviewed By SunChild EThis place has a very good atmosphere, environmentally friendly infrastructures such as solar water heaters, water filtering station, water tanks for pumping and collecting water, solar panels, trash separation bins, bicycle parking and bicycles etc.. It gives a nice feeling to find this kind of a place which can also serve as a very comfortable hotel and has 24/7 staff at the site to make sure you and the wild nature are communicating well and safely:) I highly recommend to visit this place!

Reviewed By Nasim ZWe stayed in the hotel for five nights. There are advantages in being in this hotel, the location is definitely one of them. Metro is quite near ( in almost 5-10 minutes walk). A grocery shop with a small exchange store right beside the hotel, and good staff who almost did everything for us to feel comfortable. However, some major problems were lack of the elevator, small bathroom with no glass which made bathing intolerable mainly because of a completely wet bathroom after taking shower! TV did not work and wifi was slow in some times of the day! They are building another flat and it was very noisy when we wanted to rest which made us to ask for room change. The staff were however very nice and did everything they could for us.

Friendly, good value, guesthouse within easy reach of metro and centre
Reviewed By Megamind21This is guesthouse is closer to the centre than many, and run by a hospitable and very welcoming family. The metro is a 10 minute walk, and it's around 30 minutes on foot to the centre. The price is comparable to hostels, yet you get a room to yourself with shared bathroom. There is one single and one double room. The double is a lounge between the kitchen and another room. Overall, it's great for the price, but a home stay rather than a hotel.

Reviewed By _O7125KBУжасный отель. Был забронирован Superior double room, однако нас не смогли туда заселить, сославшись на отсутствие света и какие то проблемы. Дали номер другой, рядом со столовой. Итак, номер площадью около 10 м, вместо окна форточка, запах сырости и плесени. Т.к. свет отсутствовал, мы не смогли осмотреть номер и ушли погулять по городу. Вернувшись вечером, мы ужаснулись. Свет появился. Грязный номер, рванная простынь, грязные полотенца, грязный унитаз, краска в ванной отошла. На полотенцах длинные черные волосы чьи то. Звук слива канализации присутствует в номера, видимо стены картонные. На следующий день мы сбежали из отели, денег они вернули минимум. Настроение испорченное, а это был день рождения.
