Reviewed By JincognitoNot the fanciest place to stay, but the room was fine. It was quiet, down sidestreets (with poor road surface), and I have no real complaints. The house itself (we are in an annex) was interestingly decorated, and the owner friendly. The breakfast was OK - based upon an unusual soup.

Reviewed By deanshellWe loved how the front desk girl spoke good English and helped us our with everything at check in. Great location for restaurants and bars also main city area. If your hiring a car they have free parking. Although only there foe one night wished we had stayed longer.

Great stay in Gyumri
Reviewed By TheLush101Stayed here for one night with a friend in September 2019. My friend liked it, however I liked it too. The hotel was easy to find. There was ample parking - there is a cafe and a restaurant as part of the same building. Check in was swift and the receptionist spoke sufficient English to be both efficient and friendly. The hotel is relatively new. We were given a twin room on the first floor and used the glass lift to get there. The room was large and spacious and had two extra long single beds. The room had a very large wardrobe with safe and iron. Flat screen tv with about 30 channels. There was also a desk and chair and lamp. The beds were comfy although the pillows were a little soft for me, however for my friend they were a dream. The bathroom was large with a big modern walk-in waterfall shower. Sadly there was no bidet. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was also a shaving mirror. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door. We were able to order from a menu of approx 20+ items. I liked the orange juice, however my friend liked the coffee more. The service was efficient from Gayane. WiFi signal was really good and very fast. Possibly because we think we were the only guests there. There’s a supermarket just over the road if you need anything. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, however my friend enjoyed it more.

Reviewed By riveragbThis hotel could not Bella better situated as it’s right in the central square of Gyumri. If you are looking for a little bit of luxury at a very small upgrade price, get the deluxe suite. Its room and bathroom are bigger than the ones in mo st people’s homes. It has a luxurious old world feel with solid wood doors, solid wooden flooring and a grand staircase as well. Could not have been more pleased without stay.

Reviewed By merelineppleПрекрасная семья! Ориентировалась на отзывы при бронирование. Очень радушные и доброжелательные люди! Все нужное есть. Душ и туалет в каждой комнате. В номере тепло. Постельное белье свежее и очень уютное. Нас угостили вкусным чаем с пирогом и вареньем. Утром за дополнительную ( совсем небольшую) плату приготовили горячий завтрак. Удобно, что хозяин может организовать трансфер. Мы остались в восторге, Спасибо Давид и Арусик!

Reviewed By David SВсе было хорошо.Очень отзывчивые хозяева, приятно оформленная комната.WIFI TV. Единственное что комната была прокурена,(а я не курящий и это раздражает) и дверной замок практически не работал (хотя это не существенно в B&B).

Reviewed By V146LC_Прилетели с мужем поздно, около 23.00 вечера. Нас заселили без вопросов и доплат, предложили поесть. Отказаться мы не могли, так как последний раз кушали в Москве)) в итоге нам хозяева ночью приготовили ужин, угостили домашним вином ( безумно вкусным) и все это за копейки. В номере все есть, шампунь, мыло, зубные наборы, фен, тапочки Двор колоритный, сделан в традиционной армянской стилистике, завтракать на свежем воздухе очень приятно, выбор завтраков из 7-8 видов Вообщем понравилось все! Далековато от центра, но место стоящее

Reviewed By isabelm718Sitio muy bonito, aunque las habitaciones están viejita, sobre todo el baño. Los dueños son muy amables, muy familiares, nos trataron muy bien. La cena casera y muy buena y el desayuno también. También tienen servicio de lavandería. Lo mejor fue las vistas tanto de la terraza como de la habitación, espectacular vista hacia la torre del castillo. El precio está bastante bien.

Good hotel in a central location

I arrived by train and the hotel is in walking distance from the central railway station, about 1km. But be advised, streets are not in good conditions of you travel with a wheeled suitcase. I arrived before noon and immediately got a room. Was very thankful for it as I came from a red eye flight. The room was spacious, free WiFi and much better then I expected. The hotel itself is centrally located with supermarkets and food options all around. I walked everything from the hotel. Breakfast was included. On the first day they arranged the table only for me as it seemed that I was the only guest. But still with a large selection of food and lots of local stuff which I liked. The staff at the reception spoke enough English so there weren’t any issues. If I ever would visit Gyumri again, I would stay here again.
