Reviewed By Adventure24317140180We had set of many concerns and issues at our three day stay in Treebo gold coast hotel listed below: 1. Room facilities: a) out of the 3 rooms booked: in one room ac was not working properly, fans oscillation was not working, no ceiling fan in any room and wall fan was located at such a place where only one person if sat under the fan could feel the breeze of the fan. It was not directed towards the sitting area or sleeping area. b) Room service like serving tea is quite awful. They served very late and if instructed with certain genuine specifications it was argued due to which further delayed service. c) Rooms were not cleaned properly 2. Food: was not at all worth spending. 3. There is no lift. 4. This hotel is far off from the main beach area Last but the least, treebo online payment was done in advance and zero dues were payable. But on the day of checkout further payment was asked for. On questioning about the earlier invoice they said they forgot to intimate the customer of the balance payment in advance and wrong invoice was generated.

Reviewed By Kusum GGot opportunity to stay for eight days during Shri Bhagwat Katha in four seated room. Location of the hotel is good. Rooms may be called by and large Satisfactory but service is not up to mark. Tap/ valve in bath room leaking, TV in the room not working, despite repeated request the problem could not be solved during our stay of eight days. The AC and Geysers not working. For getting AC working extra payment had to be made even than management not happy in providing AC facility. Bath room are dirty and not being cleaned on daily basis.

Worst hotel in Puri: Sea Dream Lodge
Reviewed By prith001Booked a Non AC double bedroom in Puri for 3 nights from 15/12/21 to 17/12/21. Reched hotel 1.5 hours before check-in time. Hotel reception told us to wait in a ground floor room for 1.5 hours for the check-in time as there are boarders in our room. That room seems to be a staff room. After the check-in time, when we asked for our room, we were told that all the rooms are occupied and we have to stay in ground floor room. The room was suffocating as the only window in the room can not be opened. There were no balcony. Paint was distorted here and there. Three beds were inserted in the room and there was no space for free movement. No comod in latrine. No toiletries provided. When we talk to the owner, he behaved very rude and told us that this is the MakeMyTrip standard NonAc double bedroom. As we are travelling with a child, we can't stay in that suffocating room and had to check-out after two hours of check-in.

A huge terrace tops the fortress where you can unwind to get a complete sense of the beautiful jungle that surrounds it. The Cosy Suites equipped with age old artefacts and furnitures, make sure you feel the grandeur and the rich history of the palace. Every part of the palace, be it the Grand drawing room with showcases full of the royal history, the Dining Room with the view of the Megha Hill, or the Huge Front Balcony overlooking the forest, or the Portico and the Courtyard where JP Uncle arranged our bonfires, everything was as exotic as it can be! JP Uncle with his Morning Nature Walks, the elephant safaris and his amazing stories about the rich heritage, Navneeta Aunty with her amazing hospitality and her fine company, The Whole Family including their daughter Mridvika and not to miss their dog Tabar, made our stay as fun and comfortable as it can be! A stay at Gajlaxmi Palace cannot be described in words, but only be experienced by staying at the wonderful palace. The words fall short to put in a review for the amazing stay i had here! The Experience here encapsulates you with an urge to not leave the palace. Will be back for another amazing stay as soon as possible! Hands down, one of the best vacation of my life and certainly the best heritage homestay!
