decent room and stay
Reviewed By jazsacherWe stayed here 1 night in transit during our group tour of Georgia. The room itself was small with no aircon. We were told to crack open the window to let the cool air in which seemed to do the trip. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate with good hot water. Overall this was a decent accommodation and fulfilled it's need. The staff itself was rather rude when I asked for help with the room.

Reviewed By 999PeterKA family-run guest house very friendly, fantastic views from the shared guest terrace and breakfast/ general lounge. They can also arrange for a 4x4 to take you up the mountain to the church, this is well worth the trip.

Reviewed By GrishaBoThis year with our guests we discovered very nice place in Khevsureti. It is a cozy place, with wonderful atmosphere. Stuff was extremely helpful, helped us to organize day trips to Mutso, Shatili and Roshka. Around guesthouse is nice trails for hiking. Korsha Guesthouse thanks for being such a wonderful host.

Reviewed By lI0ve2h0lidayNice little guest house with mainly shared facilities. Good Wifi. Dinner and breakfast were both taken at the guest house, simple but adequate meals. Help yourself system for tea and instant coffee. Great views of the mountains from the balcony.

ИМХО в сравнении с бытовыми условиями жизни в палатке на Казбеке - это несомненно "дворец" ))) Стоимость вполне соответствует предложенным услугам. Хотелось бы отметить чистоту помещений и постельного белья. WIFI во время пребывания присутствовал. Очень добродушные и отзывчивые хозяева.

The Guesthouse has 4 rooms. One double room with bathroom. 2 shared rooms for 5 persons each and 1 room for 3 people with bathroom too. Guesthouse has nice view of Kazbeg mountain and Tsminda Sameba monastyr. The house is 50 m up the street opposite Hotel Stepantsminda, with green gate.

Reviewed By chielavinkTerrible stay. We wanted to stay two nights, but after the first night we decided to book another hotel. The room was small and muggy. Bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. There is a shared shower in the building, but that didn’t work properly, only tap with cold water. Shower outside the building was a bit better, but as temperature drops below zero, not convenient. Host was not willing to make breakfast as we only were with two persons. I really don’t get it why Lonely Planet reccomends this guetshouse. I would defenitely not recommend.

Reviewed By malvxabediI certainly will be back here, perfect location, very helpful and kind host, family style guest house which you feel at home. nice homemade breakfast by Kati the owner of guest house every morning upon demand. close to all attractions and you can have nice walk to small shops within minutes, hot water, excellent Wifi, and satellite Tv with more than 200 channels all in you room.and the best thing about this place is English speaking owner which is hard to find .

Ok accommodation for the price & location

What was a little concerning was that the day we were due to leave the owner said the road was closed for 2 days to Gudauri (we had organised for him to take us to Gudauri before our stay) & immediatedly asked us to book the rooms online at Old Capital for 2 further days so we had somewhere to stay. We went to the nearby cafe (Cafe Ornament Express) to do some further research. We asked the staff working in the cafe (roads open) & were very happy to help us organise getting there, we rang the hotel in Gudauri (roads open) & a few other hotels in Gudauri to check (roads open). As a consequence we found a transfer company (+995555370037) who were happy to take us to Gudauri within the hour. We have no idea why this hotel owner said the roads were closed for 2 days and did not offer any alternatives/information on how to get to Gudauri. Which was slightly stressful given we had already booked & paid for a hotel in Gudauri. The roads were covered in snow but our transfer had winter wheels & seemed very experienced & got us to Gudauri fine. The road apparently had been closed for a couple of hours in the morning but by 11a.m had been reopened (not closed for 2 days). We had a feeling that the hotel owner wanted more money (for us to book the room for a further 2 nights). Subsequently I would not recommend this hotel as I am not sure I can recommend trusting the owner. Pros -location -good price -amazing views from apartment terrace -owner provided return transfer to Chateau Mukrani (75 lari) Cons -basic accommodation -? owners motives -Cold in December in the apartment - no light in bathroom

Reviewed By SsrozhkovЖили в апартаментах неделю. Нельзя сказать что плохо очень плохо, красивая картинка но не более. Все очень непродуманно. Все по порядку: Узкий вход в апартамент, с широким чемоданом и лыжами не удобно, кроме того отсутствует место для хранения багажа. Шкафчики для одежды узкие, отсутствует возможность повесить одежду-в шкафах только полки. Фотография с красивым видом обман-из окна видна стройка в 10 метрах от вас. По готовке: есть чайник, вафельница и небольшая плитка, но НЕТ ни одной кастрюли или сковородки. Ножа, разделочной доски и штопора мы тоже найти не смогли. Душ и раковина также не сильно продуманы: кран в раковине стоит сбоку-очень неудобно. Крепление душевого шланга устроено так, что струя воды бьет в соседнюю стенку, а не тебе на голову. Горячей воды очень мало: небольшой бак которого хватает буквально на 1 человека (и то с трудом). Туалет плохо вентилируется и отсутствую освежители воздуха. Из плюсов: Холодильник и чайник хорошо работают, пол не маркий, кровати не скрепят. Есть посуда на 2 человек. 2 столика и 3 стула. все очень красивое и комфортное. Диван и телевизор с русскими каналами. Батареи жарят будь здоров, сушат одежду быстро. Стирать приходится в раковине так как стиральной машины нет. Ложка дегтя в неудобной двуспальной кровати составленной из двух односпальных - по центру расщелина в которую все время проваливаешься. Как итог, вполне красивый, апартамент если не обращать внимание на минусы описанные выше. Самая большая проблема не сам апартамент гостиница Loft Hotel Gudauri где он находится.
