Great place in Entebbe
Reviewed By Koper1981Well located in a green and peacefull area of Entebbe but very close to the main street, to the comercial center and to de restaurants area with a view to the lake (15 mins walking distance to all these places). The hotel has nice rooms, clean and with nice gardens. The restaurant is also very good with a lot of choice and the staff it is very friendly and helpfull as well. I can only recommend this place where I stayed for a few days. I have to mention that the only problem was the very noisy bar close to it until late at night.

Reviewed By ssislandpetraSpent my last night in Uganda at this property and did not end my 19 day vacation on a high note. The room was spacious, the bathroom fairly clean, but I experienced serious plumbing issues (toilet not flushing at all) which eventually got corrected. I also had no hot water available . The included breakfast was a joke! Only home fried potatoes and canned baked beans. No toast or eggs! A very disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous trip to Uganda. Absolutely no value for your money…. I positive thing…. The hotel organized a doctor to come to the property and perform a COVID-19 test there for me. The results were emailed to me.

Reviewed By SaigonDougNice place, good quality of food at decent prices. However, training is still in process for the service given. I had to wait for over an hour for the cold hamburger I purchased. My wife got cold fish- yum- not. There was a kitchen and stove in the room, so you might want to consider to make your own food- faster, more tasty and hot. Isolated location with little stores on the street 5minutes away. People at the store were very social and helpful. The problem is that you can only pay for your rooms and meals with cash. Unfortunately the ATM machine is a taxi ride over 10$ (equal to the airport cost- which was 20 min away) but the ATM was only a 10 min drive. TV was present, but limited on channels. The pool was nice, but you will need to share it with many local children and lots of loud music. We did have our breakfast delivered to our room free of charge during the rain. There was local wildlife close by such as birds and monkeys (cute and didn't beg for food)

The intercom in the room was not working Swimming pool poorly maintained and after your stay at the resort before you exit the resort, they become disrespectful in away they communicate. If you get a discounted room and 1 person does not show up they still ask you to pay regardless of the person not showing up at the resort because they believe the person was meant to be in the room at the resort so they dont care if there was an emergency why the person did not show up all they care about is just pay.

Reviewed By Frank HHad a wonderful weekend at Hibis. Beautiful location conveniently located on the shores of Lake Victoria. Staff just cannot do enough to make your stay more positive. Very quiet rooms and lovely beds, a stones throw away from the mall and the beach side restaurants. Special shout out to Marvin who made our stay even more perfect than it could have been, and who's team clearly love working with and for him. We will be back!

Reviewed By TheLinkAgencyEAWhile visiting Entebbe to attend a business meeting, we stayed here for 3 days which was very great and interesting. The staff there are very helpful (Good customer care). The rooms are nice and clean. The gym services are also good togehter with the swimming pool. The food is very tasty especially the fish. It is very palatable. We cant wait to come back again.
