Fort Motel offers boutique hotel accommodation in Fort Portal, Uganda's gateway town to the Rwenzori mountains which can be viewed from most rooms of our hotel. A good hotel for business clients and also for the leisure travellers, Fort Motel is perfectly located in the prime residential Fort Portal town area. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant overlooking the garden or swimming pool suitable for open-air dining. Fort Motel's 21 rooms (including the annex) offer easy access to all the sites in town. All Kabarole area local attractions and activities can be easily done as a day trip from the hotel. The rooms are just as impressive as the communal areas. Tile floors/carpeted floor support comfortable warm beds and each room boasts a walk-in shower or bathtub with both warm and cold water. We are a three star hotel in Fort Portal providing accommodation, conference hall, Wifi, sauna and steam bath, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, kids' playgrounds with swings and other games, gardens for various functions.

The rooms are large and with fresh linen.Guest Room amenities include mini bar, sitting area, and some rooms with sunset or sunrise view from balcony. I love the labelling of the hotel features from Restaurant, Bar and Garden.

Leave slightly itchy.
Reviewed By Kirsty WI stayed here for a few nights whilst volunteering out in Uganda. Very basic. Had no toilet seat and was advised to buy one if it was a concern. Bed left you slightly itchy when holes in the nets. So make sure you bring repellant and maybe a pillow case. Busy street outside and rather noisy. So again be prepared and bring some ear plugs
