U.S. citizens still need to jump through a few hoops to visit Cuba, but as visitors from around the world know, the island offers fascinating opportunities for cultural exchange... and some simply amazing beaches. Havana is a balance of old-world architecture and contemporary nightlife. The UNESCO World Heritage town of Trinidad is a vision of Spanish colonial architecture and makes a great base for a visit to the hauntingly beautiful Valley of the Sugar Mills.

Our house is very close to the center of the city in a quiet area where you can appreciate the true life of the Trinitarian, we have 15 years of experience in the leasing of rooms for foreign tourism, the rooms are on the second level, with private bathroom, are spacious and with lots of natural light, in addition the client has a living room, two terraces and balcony to the street; The family lives on the ground floor where we are always available for any need or information our clients need. We speak English, we have wifi service
We can definitely recommend this Casa! Misleidys, Gustavo and their kids are very welcoming and friendly. Gustavo arranged an amazing transfer from the Viazul bus station to his house with his own “limusina”, he’s a really funny and helpful man. Misleidys is very caring, warm and always available to give tips on what to see and do in Trinidad or to arrange a taxi or trip. She speaks very good English, is open, and ready to talk about Trinidad, her family and life in Cuba. The breakfast was the best we had in Cuba, rich and served in the garden. Dinner was also amazing. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

IT'S A COLONIAL HOUSE MADE AT THE END OF 19th CENTURY, VERY SAFE AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATED IN THE CITY CENTER ACROSS THE MAIN PARK AND CONVENIENTLY A FEW METERS FROM BOULEVARD SHOPS, INTERNET CAFE, BANK GALLERIES MUSEUM, HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL PLACES.
We arrived the day before New year and were welcomed by our hosts who were fantastic. They made us feel right at home. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our breakfasts were fantastic and set us up for the day. We got on very well with the hosts and have nothing but praise for what they do. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sancti Spiritus. It is central to all places and you will be made to fell right at home.

Thanks to Marilyn and Pablo we know how the people lives in Cuba and we were invited to have dinner with them and their family, celebrating a birthday and had a typical cuban cake and a real traditional cuban food (pork, rice & beans, salad and the best banana chips we had in Cuba!) It was really nice staying in their beautiful home with a nice rooftop.

Very nice typical Cuban casa for staying. Our hostess was wonderful, very nice, helplful, and our room had the beach right in front. A total paradise. Don't get fooled by the brownish waters, the beach and the sea are wonderful. I had one of the best meals ever, they prepared a couple of lobsters for us, just by the sea. Amazing.

The whole hostel is newly renovated. You can watch the photos from the reconstruction process. It is amazing what they accomplished because before it had been a complete ruin. When booking it you must not forget that it is a centre of the old city. If you do not sleep well you will listen to, in the chronological order: - groups of people occupying the curbs and using the WiFi signal (probably the one from the hostel itself) and discussing fiercely the events of the day – up to 12 pm, - drunk tourists returning to their casas – till 3 am, - rooster crowing for the rest of the night (yes there is a rooster taking care of a herd of hens on the balcony opposite the hostel). The breakfast was rather basic Cuban standard: eggs, bread, fruit, pancakes. We missed jam, which we were served everywhere else, a slice of cheese or something similar.

We stayed here 20-23 December. The place is really good, especially in comparison with other similar places in the area . No "granny" style, bright and tidy rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND not to use booking.com for booking. Though the property is listed there, but the host doesn't know about it. You may have a surprise not to be expected.

We had a great 3 days at casa Duniel 2 weeks ago. We were welcomed by Duniel and his wife and kids and were invisted for dinner and afterwards a playfull game of Domino. Very nice food, excellent hospitality and good rooms. Special thanks for the very friendly and carring way Duniel and his wife run this Hostal. We could borrow 2 bicycles to go to the beach which is only 500 meter from the casa. Life at Playa Giron is simple but these people make it special!

Vinales is chockful of Casas Particulares, many of them very atttractive; it can be hard to decide where to stay. Ive been there several times, and one of my favourite places is Casa Miguelito y Pedro Miguel. This is a simple casa, not fancy; but very comfortable, scrupulously clean, and best of all, the hosts, MariaAntonia and Pedro, are lovely people. Maria will take care of all your needs, including booking tours and arranging transportation. Pedro is a taxi driver and a mean cook! Breakfasts are satisfying and even at times creative; dinners are a delight. The house is well situated near the center of town, but away from the noise (Saturday night on Main Street is party night, but Rafael Trejo, where this casa is situated, is always quiet. An oxen-drawn cart is as likely to pass by as a car!) Recent renovations have added two new rooms, with thoughtful little touches (such as a night-light for the bathroom); and a pleasant interior courtyard patio that is a nice retreat from the heat of the streets. You can't go wrong, staying at this casa. MariaAntonia 's smile alone makes it all worthwhile!

The Alchemist House is a family accommodation, architecture that retains its colonial structure, which will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay in its spacious and comfortable rooms. Each room has a private interior bathroom, water service is permanent. The bedding is provided clean. Large terraces and open spaces allow rest with privacy and tranquility.
Yurien and family's house is a wonderful and peaceful oasis in Cuba, we stayed there for three nights and we loved it. The room was very clean and spacious and there are two nice terrases where you can relax after a long day in Trinidad... Yurien, the owner, is a trully honest and trustful person, he helped us a lot in our vacation in Cuba.. Would definitely go there again!! ??
