Reviewed By corpuzbakerEnjoyed my stay in this hotel. It overlooked a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate with a simple decor. It felt nice to relax in the cool air conditioning after being out all day in the humid air. Dinner was also excellent and healthy. I was told exactly what each food item was and was assured that the vegetables were local and fresh. After dinner I experienced the onsen. The products such as body salts, foot scrubber, collagen skin care, along with the usual shampoo and conditioner made the experience more luxurious. Soaking in the onsen, after all has been done, was heavenly. I had the most amazing sleep! In the morning, I was very satisfied with the buffet breakfast, as I sat overlooking the ocean.

Reviewed By pilgrimKobo88This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The nickname for this establishment is Mana Village Pacific Hotel. "Mana" has three meanings, of course it means heavenly food (yes, it was!) and in the Hawaiian language "magical" (yes the view from the accomdations, and the rooms themselves were just that!) but it is also the local (Kochi prefecture) word for "a lot" or "awesome". That pretty much describes this hotel. If you don't mind a short walk down a covered walkway, you can get to one of the most beautiful outdoor baths in Japan, overlooking the Pacific ocean. And in the restaurant you can get surf (first time I ever had lobster in Japan!) turf, and most importantly a variety of exotic fish served up local style. Most important is the location, which is on the extreme south-west tip of the island of Shikoku, a sort of peninsula jutting into the ocean. I wont spoil the adventure you will have if you come to Ashizuri, which is a kind of geo-park combining ancient history with luxurious fauna in a transitional tropical/temprate zone. If you go there, this is the place to stay!

Reviewed By takashiI198100年続く岬に隣接する旅館。 古さは否めないが、スタッフの気遣いがよく、食事はとても美味しい。 バリアフリー化できていない点、wifiが完備できていないのは残念。 The ryokan next to a 100-year-old boat. It is old-fashioned, but the staff cares and the food is very delicious. It is a pity that we can not make barrier-free, and we can not complete wifi.

Reviewed By hanesan101予約を1日間違ってしていました。予約日の前日にホテルにつきましたが、すぐに部屋と食事を用意し手いただきました(感謝)。ホテルは少し高台にありますので、どの部屋からも海が一望できます。また、天気がよければ屋上に上がり満天の星空が見ることができます。お風呂から太平洋を一望できるのも魅力ですね。宿泊の多くの方がお遍路さんのようです。朝の食事を終えるとすぐに出発していました。私は観光なので、足摺岬の遊歩道を散策しました。飲み物付きで安く泊まれるのは魅力です。次の観光地に行く際の道についてもフロントで清算の時に教えていただきました。

Reviewed By 効三 徳スノーピーク土佐清水キャンプフィールド（すのーぴーくとさしみずきゃんぷふぃーるど）は、高知県土佐清水市爪白（こうちけんとさしみずしつまじろ）にあるキャンプ場だ。 キャンプ用品メーカーのスノーピークが運営している。 この日は足摺荘でランチを済ませた。 その後、スノーピーク土佐清水キャンプフィールドにやってきた。 駐車場は隣の海の物産館ながしまと共用のようだ。 とても広いので、困ることはないだろう。 建物は木の香りがしそうな、きれいな建物だ。 テラスもある。 向かい側にトイレ。 建物の前が、キャンプ場になっている。 海まで続く、広い敷地だ。 きれいに整備されており、気持ちがいい。 国道側の入り口。 海との間には林があるので、多少は風が遮られそうだ。 越知町のキャンプ場にもあった住箱が、ここにも設置されている。 東屋。 調理場。 真新しい。 シャワールーム。 これは以前からあるもののようだ。 コイン式。 一回200円。 その隣にトイレ。 調理場。 きれいなキャンプ場だ。 さすがスノーピークと思える、都会的なセンス。 場所は竜串海岸の一等地で、グラスボートなども楽しめる。 子供連れでも退屈せず、楽しいだろう。 ショップがあるのもいい。 今度はキャンプで利用してみたい。

Ocean view and lovely food, what else you need
Reviewed By solidpurpleThis place seems to get very mixed reports. I stayed here 4 nights and had a great stay. Indeed, the place is old, maybe could do with some repairs and redecorating, but the Japanese style rooms are large, airy and clean! I was very well looked after and cared for, and even my laundry was done for free. The lady cooked me very nice meals every day and took big efforts in making me feel comfortable. The location is perfect for walks around Ashizurimisaki with beautiful views of the ocean. Kongofukuji temple is just 5 min. away. There is no internet but there are several places elsewhere in the village that have WiFi you can use for free. Great quality for a good price!

Reviewed By 河童倶楽部足摺岬に近い場所で、リーズナブルな一泊二食の宿泊ができたのはよかったです。 都会のビジネスホテルとはかけ離れた、家族経営の民宿みたいな施設ですが、客室は明るくて無線LANが使えたことは評価します。食事もカツオのタタキなど郷土色があって良かったのですが、最後にいただいたミカンはなぜかパサパサでとても食べれるようなものではなかったです。ミカン農家なら少なくともスーパーで売っているモノ以上のものを出してもらってもいいのでは。 お風呂は共同の大浴場で、タオルとか自由に使えるのはいいけれど、貸し切りの札が掛かったままになっていて、入っていいのかどうかわかりにくかったです。ご主人はもう少し接遇の意識を持ってスピーディーに対応されることを望みます。
