Reviewed By Dino-pravoI just returned from 8 nights at the Art Hotel Nirvana, and it was an amazing experience. It was in a quiet and upscale part of town and I was immediately impressed upon arrival at how clean and well appointed everything was on the outside. We were greeted warmly and got to our rooms without any issues or delays. Our rooms were spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire stay was amazing. Zero issues of any kind to mention. Darin, the owner came and greeted us and could not have been more friendly. A special thanks to Petrinka, Genadi, and Ivan for being so welcoming, friendly, and willing to help. I can't wait to go back and stay with them again and enjoy the beautiful town of Shumen.

Great experience
Reviewed By toosmarty4uI had a great experience in this brand new hotel. The staff is professional, polite and helpful. The room is really nice and clean. Beds are really confortable ( and it is something important for me) I had a meal in the restaurant and food was really good. As it is a brand new hotel , I think there are just few details which could be changed to be perfect. The floor outside is very slippery. They should add salt or sand during winter It is not that easy to park the car ( but the team was helpful and I got a parking place) The mini fridge is really noisy in the room. There are too much extras to pay for breakfast. The wifi code is unnecessarily complicated Some furniture look strange ( old fashioned style mixed with trendy design) in the dining room. No matter those small details I strongly recommend this hotel and I will be pleased to come back next time I am in shumen. Good point for French people. The man at front desk speaks perfectly French!

Основные достопримечательности и центр города в 5-10 минутах езды на машине. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле. Очень быстрый wi-fi. В отеле нет лифта, коридор плохо освещен. Завтрак по меню, выбор небольшой, но при желании можно что-то заказать в ресторане за дополнительную плату, цены умеренные, а готовят хорошо.

The hotel is new. It is built and furnished in accordance with all the contemporary requirements concerning the hotel business. The hotel is situated in the perfect center of Shumen. Being close to the central town park the hotel combines the silence of the small town street and the comfort of the closeness to all public institutions.

Reviewed By sebastian pLa situación, prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad. La amabilidad y atención del personal. Nos tenían reservado una plaza para aparcar el coche en la misma puerta del hotel. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno lo contratamos pero había que tomarlo en una cafetería que había en frente del hotel y fue buenísmo y abundante. En general fue una estancia magnífica. Totalmente recomendable, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

The rooms are well equipped with anything you may need, neat and clean, the view is awesome and the service is excellent. The location is also wonderful as it is located at a short distance from attractions.

Disappointing service in the restaurant.
Reviewed By djtravellerbgMe and a few friends visited the restaurant in the hotel last week. The waitress was a bit unhappy seeing us. The order was a few meals and two times fried carp. After an hour of waiting we asked what's the problem with the fish and she told us "sorry for the delay, but I didn't like it and we make another portions." About 1 hour and 40 minutes later the waitress brought THREE carp dishes, and disagree that we have ordered two. Anyway, no one ate the third dish. We decided it might be a bonus for the long waiting, but it was in the bill. The waitress refused to remove it, and told us "Pay as much, as you like. I don't want to argue with you." So...I will not visit this restaurant again, and deeply sorry for bringing my guests there.
