Reviewed By 802akbarfStaying at Hyatt Regency, Sanur for two days was a huge regrets, why oh why I only stay for 2 nights, I should've stay longer here... everything was amazing. Room are spacious, comfort, park area are peacfull, swimming pool are also great. My most favourite place are: 1. Beach area, where they provide a generous number of beach chair, the best spot for sunrise, and i just love its serenity. 2. Restaurant, O My God.. they ain't playin in making my tummy happy, seriously mouthwatering meals they have. And Oh, staff are excellent, nice and helpfull. Mbok Sri who always smile to everyone, like everyone, no exception...she is the best!!! Though I stayed only for 2 night, but she remember me and my ussual cup of coffee for breakfast.. I loved the way she treats guest as her family, her gesture tells how she loves her job, and she own it. If anytime soon, I am coming back to Hyatt, mbok Sri for sure the reason. Thank you Hyatt for reminds me on how we, as an Indonesian, should posses this hospitality, exactly how the world has known us for years.

Starting with a surprise birthday dessert ?, and later greeted with picnic basket by the main pool ?, and the fact that an amazing floating breakfast was served right at our lagoon! Living the wanderlust dream at @mayasanur , who else is set to embark in a pampering experience here? ?? I would highly recommend staying here. Hopefully I'll be back very soon!

Best hotel ever!
Reviewed By jamesneate15Our recent stay at Andaz Bali was an amazing experience. The staff, facilities and food was fantastic. Upon check in, we received an upgrade to a king deluxe room. The room was large and had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the tranquil santhi pool. However, after our first night we had issues with our TV. The hotel staff were quick to help, and moved us to a king premium room on the ground floor that walked out into the Santhi pool. It was magnificent. The room had 2 bathrooms, 2 TV’s with chromecast ability, a large seating area and a huge balcony. Breakfast was served in village square. You could choose anything you wanted off the menu, and unlimited amounts. We ate lunch and dinner at fisherman’s club which was also really nice. We also walked next door to the Hyatt regency and ate there. It is an easy 5 min walk along the beach or through internal private walkway. What made our stay most amazing was the staff. Upon arrival, Daya and Dewa were super accomodating and showed us the resort and the room. When we had the tv issue, daya upgraded us to a king premium room to help alleviate the stress of moving. It was no big deal moving, and we were so happy with the upgrade and the manner in which the issue was dealt with. Agus by the pool, also deserves a special mention for being so nice to us and always grabbing towels and drinks for us when needed. Andaz Bali is truely the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And we can’t wait to come back to andaz Bali on a more regular basis!!

They have gym and pool though both not operated 24 hours, the gym is open until 8 pm while the pool is open only until 6 pm. The staffs are friendly and they gave a great service since the guests were given complimentary 10 minutes shoulder massage at their spa building and they also washed our car. The room is clean and tidy though maybe the interior make it seem dark.

We went to the rooftop bar and had an amazing time. Especially the infinity pool. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time with friends or family in Sanur. Will recommend to everyone!

Reviewed By dewaayunarheswariI sleep here kind of regularly, almost bimonthly. Never had any complaints at all, the staffs are friendly, the beds are comfortable, the rooms also smell good. There was a minor dirty spot on the bed sheet but I like to think that they change the bedsheets for every guest. Overall, my stay was always excellent.
