Average hotel, need some renovation
Reviewed By Bulgaria87+ there are many rooms in the hotel so booking last minute is not a problem + rooms are renovated and refurnished + there is kids playground center, free for hotel guests + free wifi in rooms and lobby + stuff is OK + towels in rooms are changed every day - small variety of food at breakfast and dinner - only 1 option for cheese; 1 option for salami; very few variety for vegetarians - some parts of the hotel are very old and need renovation - some parts of our bathroom were not good - i am applying pictures - some communication problems with daily programm and activities - it was announced kids workshop in a certain conference room, we waited for 30 minutes in front of the room but they have decided to chsnge location without informing

Reviewed By antovaneliThis hotel is the jewel in Sandanski.It is very new, very well maintained, exceptionally clean and built with love and proffecional altitude. We stayed just one night but we felt in love with the property, the serenity and tranquility there. The location is not in the city centre but you will feel you are in Paradise. The garden of the hotel is huge , the swimming pool is amazing, big in nice oval shape, and the garden is full of trees and flowers. The terrace of our room was big snd sunny, you can relax with a glass of wine there and the wine of their winery is must have. But thr jewel of the hotel is the restaurant and its chef Lazarov. He treated us like kings with delicious dishes prapered to perfect , beautiful plates and tasty food. The concept of the restaurant is fine dining and the chef can do it. So don't miss to have dinner at this restaurant. The breakfast was a la carte with a lot of choices of home made dishes.so I recommend Villa Sintica snd soon we will be back for another great experience ?

The new five star Medite Spa Resort was opened in November 2018 and offers you bright and cozy accommodation. Located in one of the most beautiful areas with panoramic views to the town of Sandanski, and on the north side a forest with eco-path, Medite Spa Resort is the only hotel in Sandanski created by the Italian interior designer Raimondo Flacomio in 2004. The new five star hotel was designed by Dren Rudi in 2018. The resort boasts 86 hotel rooms and suites, 8 private villas, versatile event facilities for up to 200 people, a spacious spa and wellness center, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, infinity pool, jacuzzi, gourmet and traditional restaurants, night club, lounge bar and pool bar. The hotel and its beautifully manicured gardens provide an ideal wedding destination. The Medite Spa Resort is built on the ground of the ancient mineral baths of the famous Thracian tribe Medi. The great history and charm of the surrounding area attracts people to meet again in Sandanski. Reviewed By 263mariakWe spent 3 nights in late October. We were accommodated in main hotel building, premium room. The room and bathroom were spacious, although the room was quite shabby - dark spots, scratches, cracks on the walls. Bathroom had no enough hangers for the towels and bathrobes, the towels were worn, thin and small. There was a micro terrace which was not cleaned even once during our whole stay. SPA is decent, not well maintained, which is valid for all the hotel amenities, including the swimming pools, jacuzzi, coffee tables and the beds in the pool and spa area. We booked HB package. The quality of the food was just terrible - not enough variety, overcooked, bad looking, awfully plated, very often some of the dishes were missing. The wine list was average and highly overpriced. The staff is not well trained, they're really trying to be polite and available, but they're slow and bad organized, never paying attention to detail. We also experienced missing orders, wrong orders as well as wrong bills. In general - this hotel is a pure disappointment. I would not recommend it and I would never visit it again. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars and I consider the reviews in Booking as highly misleading (just FYI).

We stayed in one of the newer family rooms. The room was spacious and clean, the AC worked perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The room was located at the riverside and the water from the river could be heard which created a very relax vibe. All staf was very service minded and we felt very welcome We can recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to have comfort and the guarantee for a good stay

Reviewed By Mike VThe motel and rooms are clean however we only visited the restaurant. The restaurant has a large range of dishes to choose from and all the dishes are fresh. You can sit outside in a nice garden with playground for the children. Also friendly staff and good service.

Reviewed By pojeriWe stopped at this hotel on the way to Greece, it is all you need to rest. It is super location, cleanliness, friendly staff, very good price, welcoming restaurant and good food, only if you are too picky breakfast is not very varied but we didn't mind, we found to serve something, another plus, if you leave before breakfast time I'll make you a package.

Reviewed By Калоян РWe visited for just one night, after being hiking Pirin for a week. The place was so friendly and peaceful I cannot really compare it to almost any small hotel I have been. It is really nice clean and just perfectly located and they welcomed us so warm we felt the place as a extremely relaxing and refreshing home away from home! Pets are also welcome and when they say wecome they mean it! ?

Reviewed By aarutyunyannIf you want to visit or take a sit at this beautiful hotel in the morning, you should take a jacket because it’s freezing outside in the morning, the service is good and the coffee acceptable. The deserts they have are ok, my family and I tried all types and I can say that the Red Velvet is the top of the three.
