Reviewed By 890mirakWorld class hotel with great rooms, food, spa and garden. Highly recommended for post-covid recover or general wellness. Very clean and food is great, service too. Outdoor and indoor pool, including kids pool, 3 types of spa and great indoor design.

The Villa Gamma is a three star facility. It has 5 rooms, free Wi-Fi, a computer corner, a kitchen / tavern / on self-service basis. There are three parking lots in the yard, a barbeque, an outside sitting area, as well as a newly-mounted swimming pool. Breakfast is served upon order.

Reviewed By Eli BBellissima casa praticamente nuova, buona pulizia, stupendo giardino curatissimo. La casa si trova vicino al centro e alla piscina, ma nello stesso tempo è lontano dal traffico e dai rumori. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ottimo prezzo qualità raccomandato!!!

Don't Bother
Reviewed By BionicdaveBooked here as if was close to Kazanlak for the Rose Festival but wish now we'd gone elsewhere. On arrival we were greeted by an unhelpful non English speaking lady and only got checked in with the help of another guest. After taking my money, that was the last interaction we had with any of the staff. We couldn't find anyone in the morning to find out about the breakfasts I had already paid for so gave up that. All the furniture and fittings were cheap and nasty, uncomfortable bed and scratchy bedclothes. Shower fitting sprayed water everywhere but where you wanted it. You'd be better booking into one of the nearby spa hotels for not much more money but far superior facilities.

They refused to serve us at the restaurant!
Reviewed By NeprotivoUpon entering the restaurant, all the staff were sitting on one table, talking. The little girl waitress asked if we are guest of the hotel and gave us only one menu per couple to order from, we argued with her to give us 2 menus and she very annoyed we to look for another one. They only allow food as takeaway. We ordered drinks first, but she refused to take our drinks order, as the drinks are served in a “glass”. So we declined to order anything else, because it wouldn’t be a normal dinner without the drinks!

Reviewed By mleybmanThe hotel is located good but on the main road, which makes a lot of noice in the room. The room doesn't have air conditioner and it is not comfortable to be there in hot summer day. The spa has sauna, however it was not powered on. Today it was very rude gui in the reception. From some reason the hotel taking deposit 40 bgn in cache on the arrive for entrance chip saying they will give money back on the check out. It is not clear why chip is needed, because hotel is always open. We wanted to return chip back and have money back, because may be we will leave earlier then expected checkout, and stuff will not exist on reception, but reception guy didn't want to hear and yelled and didn't want to give contact of his manager. Room was not cleaned during all the period we are here. The hotel services are provided by cache only. To summarize this hotel is far away to be good because of the service it provides.
