I booked one family room for three nights followed by the spa room for one night which was perfect for a couple or for solo travel. Thankyou.

Kitchen and bathroom dated (reflected in price), but shower was renovated - excellent! No casual seating, dining only, but it was just a single night stop for us - so didn’t require it. Walls a bit thin, so would be a problem if you got noisy neighbours.

Spacious place with good location
Reviewed By 123456travelWas easy booking in. Loved the flowers in the hanging baskets. A lot of birds in tree behind our place. Had good wi-fi. Unfortunately, cleaners was extremely noisy the next morning. Somebody parked outside on the general spaces with their radio so loud, it was noisy above the sound of our tv. Management should have spoken to them. Instead, came to our unit later to ask if we were ok. Not a very nice feeling as we were relaxing. People should be informed that they should bring their own toiletries as it was dreadful not to have hair conditioner. We enjoyed our stay and it was an easy stroll to the beach and Saturday market.

We have 7x studio units 4x1 bedroom units and a 2 bedroom unit. The complex surrounds a peaceful courtyard garden area with fenced “green space” and mature trees, and is just a short stroll from supermarkets, the railway station, restaurants, and Coastlands shopping centre. Major attractions such as Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course, Coastlands Aquatic Centre, Nga Manu bird sanctuary and Southwards Car Museum are just a 4-minute drive away.

Simple check in check out - including after hours if we had needed it. Nice and close to shopping centre, eateries and a short drive to the beach

Reviewed By 50youngClean renovated rooms. Lovely new bathroom and good kitchenette with great supply of teas and coffee. Staff very friendly welcomed us with a yummy ferrero rocher chocolate. Beach and village with shops and restaurants close by.

Perfect location in a lovely town
Reviewed By Reed MWe really enjoyed staying at 'Top Floor' B&B. The room has the kitchenette, bed area, and little sitting area next to the large windows. The host couple are very kind and thoughtful. The room was warm and extremely comfortable: super nice bed, hot shower, lovely view, super-clean, everything you need is in the room. I especially like that the continental breakfast was in the room. Sharon had everything we needed right there: fresh fruit, bread and toaster with fantastic little jams, tea, coffee maker, water kettle, odds and ends in the mini-fridge, little chocolates...... it's all good! You walk just one block to a great beach walking trail. The beach-town is quiet and friendly, with lots of little shops, cafe's, restaurants. (I'm going to greatly miss this little bakery down the street. Freakin' outstanding!)

Reviewed By ViktorTopouBooked here only to find they took payment for the room as soon as booking was made (without authorization) level 4 lockdown was then announced by the government so I could no longer travel due to this. Room was canceled but no refund has been made to me Communication from them has been poor, I have made multiple calls and sent emails but no actuak answer as of yet. They are quick to take your money but don't seem to want to refund even though its a government order not to travel. Avoid this place.

We are a popular ferry stopover and ideal for people wanting easy access to and from Wellington city via the train service. We have choices of either studio or kitchen units located 100m back from the road enabling a quiet and comfortable night's sleep for our guests. We have ample parking for an extra car, trailer or boat. Free WiFi in all units and we offer very competitive room rates starting at NZ$119 a night.

Reviewed By 58haich7 Minutes walk from the train station and main shopping strip. Very clean, newly renovated rooms with a large tv and excellent shower, combined with a genuinely friendly helpful host. We would definitely come back here

Reviewed By cedarlarkNZA beautiful unit in beautiful grounds. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Large glass windows and doors open onto a large sheltered deck with views of the trees, ponds, birds, mountains. Green and lush. Beautiful, large and well equipped kitchen, lovely large bathroom, very comfortable bed. And the hosts were lovely and friendly and welcoming. All round a great place that was great value for money.
