Reviewed By Marianne WThe staff are a bit formal and shy in their attitude, but very nice and helpful. The rooms are soberly decorated and I missed a light (switch) by the bed. The roof terrace and the view are great! They have comfortable lounge seats and nice food and drinks (no alcohol) I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Reviewed By C7388UVlindalThis hotel has nice rooms and a lovely pool setting. Be sure to get a room with a pool view. the garden view rooms have a bit of grass, a few trees and then a public road. If you don't enjoy watching motorcycles whiz by then these rooms aren't for you. The breakfast is really good with lots of tasty options.

Noisy and overcrowded
Reviewed By world1951We went to Laut Biru in a VIP room on 5th floor with my family from 21 to 25 Sept. First night we had no WIFI at all but it was sorted out by a great technician. The rooms are all air conditioned and cleaned enough, except around the very basic sink in the main sitting room, lots of stains on walls. Some bad smell in bathrooms coming from drains sorted out with products poured inside. TV channels local only, bad electrical connections scary. The bad about the VIP room is obviously crazy noise from the main street directly below, bike rentals who rewed their bikes as early as 0600am. Music from group on the beach. Warning for beach guards on loudspeakers etc Also on sixth floor is a convention room, they start moving furnitures at 0500am, so bad. Hotel crew is overwhelmed and cannot cope with temperatures check for Covid-19 as dozens of peoples come from parking side and go directly to the lifts Wet peoples from beach directly to the lifts and no masks for most of them. So great service from the staff in general and good location. But if you want to rest do not never go there on week ends If you love noise that’s your destination indeed.

Reviewed By donalm334Stayed for 2 nights in Pangandaran for the sake of seeing the national park, and the supposedly nice beaches, unfortunately there was huge construction work going on along the beach front, so that was unpleasant during our stay. This hotel is central, cheap, has a reasonable pool, although it seemed over chlorinated by the look of it. This place definitely needs to hire new receptionists. Their stupidity knew no bounds. Granted the language barrier didn't help, but we were using Google translate and they were still totally useless. We asked to organise a trip into the national park, they put us on the phone to someone who recommended doing something else. We tried to rent a scooter the next day and remarkably they put us on the phone to the same guy, who told us that where we wanted to go wasn't that far away, and we should walk. We were dripping sweat after walking 20m outside, hence why we wanted a scooter. We would also still be stuck in Pangandaran if we hadn't gone to another honestly to organize a taxi for us to the train station in Sidareja. We asked our clueless receptionists and they called someone, got no answer and then just told us they couldn't get through and gave up. Simpletons is the most polite thing I could call them.

Absolute unique & one of kind i feel more special to be able to visit this place rather then visiting bority regular hotels. Each room & villas is unique

Reviewed By Anika SPanorama a la plage is not only super cheap but also located next to the beach, offering clean rooms, chill areas decorated with an eye for defails and a breakfast in the morning which ist just incredible. Really loved the pancake and the big fruit salad! ( Also offering eggs and toast). Coffee and tea is available the whole day and that for fee.. Motorbikes can be rent and the owner( Tika) is super sweet and supporting by making your staying unforgettable. Really felt like home there mainly because of the warm atmosphere and kind staff! Hopefully see u again some day!!!

Perfect stay
Reviewed By laura199671If you like to experience living in one of the traditional bamboe houses and eat very good food than you have to stay at Bale ku. Lis and her neighbor are the best chefs. The food is more than delicious. For breakfast they serve the best banana pancake and the diner is also very good. So do not go out for diner but eat there. The guy also helped us arrange a nice tour to green canyon and valley on the scooter. This is the most fun and nice way to see all the kampungs and environment.

Reviewed By Rina KHotel budget. Sepertinya hotel baru. Sangat minimalis. Kamar tidak terlalu besar. Wc bersih. Tidak ada ruang makan. Tempat parkir sempit. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan pantai barat Pangandaran,dapat ditempuh +/- 5 menit. Fasilitas sarapannya nasi kuning disajikan dalam kotak makanan.
