Reviewed By bojafortravelHemos estado en este hotel 3 dias. Respecto a comunicación es perfecto con los transportes cerca. Es una zona muy tranquila. No lo hemos encontrado muy limpio y si quereis cocinar pues muy poco material en la cocina. Mejor que no lo hagais. Hemos sido tres y dormir con futones tres en la habitación ha resultado un poco estrecho. La atención de l recepción es buena

Vintage charm
Reviewed By n0e1LWe really enjoyed our stay in Komatsuya. The traditional look of the building stood out among the modern characterless buildings around it. And the inside feels like it was frozen in time with traditional and vintage deco. The place is very warm and cozy. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is great too, near Skytree and metro station.

It's also near Asakusa, two countries and Fukagawa and is the location ideal for" downtown and RIPPU" which visits Edo feelings and goes around. The most advanced land mark and the downtown feelings Kafu loved are fused,

Reviewed By 1102tomotomoディズニーと東京観光で利用しました。 スカイツリーにも徒歩でいけます。 閑静な住宅地の中にあり快適でした。 デザイナーズマンションといった感じですごく可愛いお部屋。 こんなお部屋にすみたいなと思いました。 洗濯機もキッチンもありバストイレが別で快適でした。 次は１週間くらいいたいです。

Reviewed By 300ren_mLa administración de este hotel nos canceló nuestra reservación en lo que íbamos de camino de Kioto a Tokio, sin previo aviso y no se hicieron cargo de nada, menos mal que la app que utilizamos para reservar nos respaldó y nos concedió pagar la diferencia para reservar otro hotel aún que fuese mas caro.

Fraud!
Reviewed By dandanardeleanI've booked this via booking.com for a good price 3800YEN, but I checked pay later option. They charged me right away but this is not the main issue. The main issue is that they charged me anther 5000YEN out of the blue, in total 8800YEN. I asked them what is up with the 5000YEN and they told me it's not a mistake, it's a cleaning tax. I immidiately cancelled and asked for a refund. They did not refund me a thing. This is clearly a fraud! Avoid!
