Reviewed By PH2006We stayed here many years ago and the place was tired. Now we returned and found a much nicer hotel. Most of the common areas have been very well restored to their former glory. The superior room where we stayed was very nicely renovated too. The pool and pool area were great and well maintained. Covid protocols were enforced, which we thank. The food was good, not outstanding. The grounds of the hotel and the surrounding areas are breathtakingly beautiful. We would return in the future.

Excellent Hotel on the Lake
Reviewed By Wesley CStayed here for 2 nights and was very impressed with the property. Super large room with King bed, free internet, free breakfast and in-room safe. Modern decor with lots of wood trim. Had bathrobe & slippers. Hotel is right on the lake with a view of Osorno volcano in the distance. One block from main shopping street. Breakfast buffet was fairly typical. Best part of our group dinner on the first night was the Pisco Sour -- the food was only OK. Second night, I ate in the bar and had a 4-cheese pizza which was very good but too much for 1 person. The staff was very accommodating. We were here during the October protests and were "stranded" here because our flight to Santiago was canceled. The staff was able to extend our stay and took good care of us throughout the crisis. We were very grateful for their hospitality and flexibility.

I had an interview to do by video call and they went above and beyond to help make sure I was set up and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. I highly recommend this place because of the wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, great pool and more!

Reviewed By shankar5250Everything went smoothly. The only comment that I have is that the front desk should provide tour information. My tour booked through Viator was cancelled. I wish that I had the tour information from the hotel to book alternate tours

Internet not functioning correctly

Sometimes I could not connect my device at all or when it did connect, it was at a speed of 1 or 2 mbps. Good enough for email but that’s it. The rooms are nice and the hotel is attractive though.

For the departments you can choose rate with and without breakfast. All our rooms overlook a beautiful garden. We offer a continental breakfast, served to the table, consisting of Kuchen, home made bread, homemade jam with local fruits, butter, eggs, fruit, yogourth, Lavazza espresso, tea and milk.

Reviewed By LodytripEnrique and his family offered us a home away from home when we got stuck in Chile due to Covid19. We stayed for two months and will never forget our time here. If you like to be surrounded by friendly people, enjoy a comfortable, eco-friendly place with a fireplace, two lovely dogs, mountainbikes, hot tub and hammock opportunities... and if you like to be in the midst of a beautiful forest - with plenty of Chilean hazelnuts and berries -, a lake and vulcano's on walking and biking distance... You will most likely enjoy it here. Finding a cabaña in Ensenada is easy. Finding a place that feels like home is special. Thank you Enrique for your love and kindness.

Clean and spacious
Reviewed By connierideout16Super hotel beside the lake and 15-20 min walk to the town center. Rooms are super spacious. Bed very comfortable and windows that open. Large bathroom with a deep tub. Water doesn't get super super hot however makes for a comfortable bath. Wifi works well and staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant attached as well as other restaurants within walking g distance.
