Reviewed By 871mikepThe views of Yokohama were great and it was definitely a unique and enjoyable experience staying and sleeping over 50 floors up? The room was quite dark and dated and some of the furniture had certainly seen better days. The carpet also looked quite old and dirty and the tv was small and old. There was also a surprising amount of mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom. I definitely wasn't expecting to have any of these types of issues at this level of hotel. The views of Yokohama were definitely 5 star and they were certainly the best point about the room and hotel overall. The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance of everything? I'm definitely going to come back and stay in Yokohama again, but probably not at this hotel again?

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff - Mr. Takaki Seto
Reviewed By ndakasimba07It’s been over a year since our family of four travelled to Yokohama due to COVID. We were quite impressed with the lobby and friendly service upon arrival. Check-in at 2pm is nice and allows time to check out the city and eat your way through Chinatown (couple minutes walk!). It was our children’s nap time so we got settled into the room. In Japan there are hotels at which the a/c only blows warm/hot air during the winter months. We’ve been through this once before at a hotel in Karuizawa and had a horrible night’s sleep. After almost 2 hours of not being able to nap and the kids getting cranky due to the heated stuffiness of the room, we decided to just check out, cut our trip short to return home, and likely eat the cost of the room. However upon hearing of our wish to check out, the front desk was more than accommodating and offered two separate rooms to choose from - both with actual cool air conditioning. Deputy Director Mr. Takaki Seto especially was beyond helpful and understanding of the need for our two small children to be comfortable. The new room was perfect and the a/c worked great. After the nice stay on the day of check-out, we were about to leave our room, but my wife discovered she had misplaced a very important sentimental ring. We spent an hour looking in the room for it to no avail. Our son had the brilliant idea to check the other room we were in for the two hours the day before. Mr. Takaki Seto not only let us back in the room but personally helped us search for 20 minutes. When we couldn’t find it, he called the front desk to check if the cleaning staff had found anything. They had! Only in Japan. The irreplaceable ring was returned. We gave our effusive apologies to Mr. Takaki Seto for his troubles yet he apologized for our worry. His kindness was amazing and we thank him again. Can’t say enough great things about the quality of hotel and the superb location. More importantly, the staff went well above and beyond. 5/5 and would definitely recommend!

Perfect for relaxing/chilling

I took a plan with face mask included (Olive Young) and I used the room service so that I had dinner in my room instead of going outside. The projector in the room was super easy to use, I had a nice relaxing time eating pop corn while watching Netflix ! Breakfast was really good, but the quantity was a bit too much for me, I couldn't finish my plate. Everything was new and clean, I really recommend it !

Smallest Rooms I Have Ever Seen !
Reviewed By kamalgarg22I stayed at this hotel for 1 week during my business visit to Japan. This hotel is located outside Sakuragicho station and is 10 min away from Yokohama station. The check in is located on 5th floor and there is no porter for luggage assistance. I had to carry all my suitcases to 5th floor for check in. Since this was my first visit to Japan, i requested them to show me the room first before checking in but they refused. So i went ahead and completed the check in. When i requested them to help me with the luggage as i was carrying two large suitcases they even refused for the help. They pointed me to the luggage trolleys kept in the lobby and told me that i only have to manage the luggage till my room. When i entered my room, i was so disappointed. The room was so small that there was hardly any space to move. There was not even sufficient space to keep my luggage. I immediately went to the reception desk and asked them to give me a bigger room. They told me that they are sold out and upgrade is possible only if i pay more. I paid them 5000 JPY per night to get an upgrade to next category room which was slightly bigger. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Japan for business or tourism. The hotel staff is not at all supportive.

Convenient location
Reviewed By quelvacuinRelatively near Kawasaki Station but we chose this mainly because of the room size (Hollywood Twin Room) which is larger than usual rooms in Japanese hotels. The surrounding area is nice as well because of the restaurants, konbinis, and shops. If we'll be hanging out around Kawasaki, we'll definitely stay here again. It's also relatively near Haneda airport via Keikyu Kawasaki line.

Reviewed By Rae91RaeThe breakfast wasn’t great. But the entire experience of the hotel was super accommodating and very welcoming. I would absolutely stay again. 4 stops from Enoshima and 6 stops from kamakura on the enoden line. So close and convenient! Good food nearby too!

The family room for larger group
Reviewed By wesleywaisiuThe hotel location is perfect as it’s close to all the shopping mall and shopping street, and also the Yokohama station. Numerous shops and restaurants, and convenient store everywhere. The room we booked is the family room, and it has 2 beds and a sofa bed. The tv is a bit small, and the sink is not together with the toilet, which is so weird. There is no view from the window at all. The key is a physical key with a big knot, which is quiet inconvenient to carry out.
