Reviewed By Emin1234567Once famous destination for holidays - Nabran declined over the years. So, it was especially nice to find such a great resort. You can choose between hotel and cottages. We booked a family room in the hotel and actually it was a duplex with two bathrooms. There are two options of staying: let's call them usual one and all-inclusive. In second option, in addition to free buffet breakfast, dinner is also included. We went for second option and were pleasantly surprised by choice of dishes and quality of food. Regarding swimming, there are one big outdoor pool and two indoors. The only drawback - only one shower cabin in men's dressing room for indoor swimming pool, which we used and two for women. It would be nice to have more options, taking into account number of the guests.

The ornate decor of the lobby, the opulence of the rooms and the vast array of food at the breakfast buffet.... unbelievable! The staff is polite, courteous and prompt. But the grounds of the hotel was the icing on the cake. We marvelled at the sheer beauty of the manicured lawns, the colourful beds of flowers, the benches located strategically, the pathways, the cackling geese. An air of serenity all around. I only wish the hotel would provide that mini train to give a tour of the hotel to all the passengers.

Worst hotel experience ever
Reviewed By yasserk505Terrible hotel, the door has no lock on the inside and my child was able to open the door. I booked my room through booking for 129 Azn, contacted management right away and asked for a refund since I couldn't stay in a room that has no lock on the inside, anyone with a card can enter and an child can go out unnoticeable. The manager was rude, unresponsive and racist. Upon complaining and asking for my money back he spoke back loud and with a terrible attitude and told me business is business and I will not refund you. He showed no sympathy towards my concern or my family. I ended up leaving without a refund and booking somewhere else last minute in a more expensive hotel. Any reasonable person would know no one would do such a thing as double pay and book last minute had the issue not been serious and the management attitude and resolution terrible. I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel as its not even worthy of being 2 stars. Not sure where the 5 stars came from, they definitely did not come from exceptional rooms or service

Reviewed By Oksana-world-citizenHonestly, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced considering that I travel a lot and I’m a hotelier myself. So if you’re planning a trip to Shahdag, I’d highly recommend to book another hotel. Me and my friend traveled for a weekend trip and booked this 5* star hotel on booking.com. One day before arrival I’ve received a notification that my booking was cancelled, however no one from the hotel even tried reaching me out despite that they had my contract details from the earlier communications. I’ve managed to sort it out with the help of one lady at the guest services desk (thank you Kamilla), but it felt really bad considering our flight was in just few hours. Upon arrival at the hotel, we’ve realized that we’ve forgotten the travel plug adapter and requested one from reception. The answer we’ve received was ‘ we don’t have it’ full stop… No one even tried checking. This area is remote and it would take about 45 minutes for a taxi to drive to a supermarket with no guarantee that we find adapter there. So my friend started asking housekeeping guys who were cleaning the floor and one kind employee has found the adapter for us. So it means that hotel HAD what we’ve asked for. The following day we wanted to take a shuttle bus to go to the cable car, but this bus was full 2 times and we couldn’t get in. Once again, we’ve asked reception for some help as we had only 1 hour left before the cable car closure, they told us to take a taxi. We’ve agreed to pay and been asked to wait for 10 minutes, however almost 40 minutes later no one arrived. There was no any customer service, options, advice or help offered. We ended up walking trough a dark tunnel to the cable car and managed to get in 10 minutes before closure. At the end, we have decided to speak to the duty manager and outline all our problems with the services. Unfortunately, all we got was an excuse that ‘leader of the country’ was in the area and this is why all other guests’ needs have been left unattended. There was no any solution or compensation offered for all our inconveniences except 4 fruits brought to our room. I have had much better services in guest houses in Asian jungles than in this 5* star hotel.

Arguably one of the best hotels in Azerbaijan
Reviewed By TheBusinesManI and my family went here in February 2022 and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. We came here mainly for skiing but the hotel's comfort just wouldn't let us leave. There are so many fun activities such as soccer tables, billiards and there is even a cinema. You can see an amazing snowy mountain view if you get a room with a balcony. The room made me feel like I was a multi-millionaire because it was just so luxurious. I will definitely go back there again

Reviewed By LightPacker189240The cozy cottage-type boutique hotel with parking at the northeast of Qusar with very hospitable staff. The premises are very clean and quite warm for the time of our being there. The forest nearby and the small yard had an entirely relaxing impact. The moderate breakfast is inclusive but the owner, Nijat, entertained us with an extra meal: "pomidor chigirtmasi" ;) and supported to get my car's windshield cleaned from the ice. The other time meals are on pre-order only. This is a most affordable place in terms of price-quality to avoid extra pay at the hotels along the Shahdag resort road. A couple of staff to be enhanced: the surrounding streets are non asphalted and troubling in winter time as well as the water boiler is pretty small even for one person taking a shower.

The staff are super friendly and over accommodating, the facilities are superb.. special thanks to Khayala in reception.. the entire experience was so great. Coming from Dubai where everything is OTT, it takes some beating, but Park Chalet do it with aplomb. Big thank you to all the staff. We will be back soon. ??
