Beautiful Riverside Lodge
Reviewed By Snoozel92This lodge is set by a beautiful river, making for a really relaxing setting. There's a lot of wildlife to see - we saw a huge deer! The hosts are very friendly, and make some great food. I wish I could have stayed longer than just one night. There's also a lot to do in the surrounding area, such as the various Bungoono Geopark sites.

コロナ休業するならするで、予約客には個別に周知してよ
Reviewed By Hiroki Y祖母山に登るため、２０２０年５月８～１０日の２泊予約した。 で、４月１５日に問い合わせのための電話番号を調べようと、サイトにアクセスすると、コロナのため「４月４～２３日は休業する」とある。なにそれ。何の連絡も受けていないんですけど。 で、４月２４日以降はどうなるのか知りたいので、早速電話を入れたところ、誰も出ず、数時間後、敬語を正しく使えない兄ちゃん（学生風情）が「自分には権限がない。支配人が『いらっしゃらない』ので、分かりません」と。 なるほど。では、折り返し連絡を下さいと頼んだら、今度はすぐに同じ兄ちゃんから電話が入り、「５月６日以降の政府の対応を見て判断します」旨のご回答。多分、政府の緊急事態宣言（祖母山エリアは無関係）の期限が延長されるかどうか次第だということだろう。 コロナの影響で休業するというなら、理解する。しかし、休業するかしないかの経営判断くらい、自分の頭でしてくれ。 というか、そういう宙ぶらりんの状況なら、最低限、その旨、予約客に伝えるべきなのに、なぜチェックインが迫った我々を「放置プレー」していたのか。 ５月８日にチェックインを控えた予約客が、５月６日の政府の対応を待たないとチェックインできるかどうか分からんような状況を許容できると思うか？ そういう状況を知らされないままだった私の怒りを、少しは理解できるのか？ 自らの判断や責任を放棄し、それらを政府に丸投げし、不利益を予約客だけにおっかぶせる連中に、宿を営む資格はない。 平時の評価がいかに高くても、この局面で曝した醜態は長く記録に残されるべきなので、少々辛辣ですが、筆を執りました。 異常、もとい以上。
