Reviewed By Соломія ЛConvenient location. No one even cleans the common areas-kitchen, toilet and shower: almost no trash can be taken out or rarely done. Therr are three knives in the kitchen , but all are so obtuse that they cannot be cut. There are no hooks near the washbasin , they are just in the hallway, but not where convenient

Convenient location
Reviewed By Steve DWe stayed here for one night.It is near the station and 25 minutes walk from Rynok square.It is offset from the road in a courtyard and 3 flights of stairs.The showers and toilets are shared.It is clean and the reception staff are lovely.It is great value.

We offer you to stay in our comfortable rooms at affordable prices in the hostel «EUROPE» in the very center of Lviv. Our hostel is located in the historic heart of the city: near the Rynok square, museum of weapons "Arsenal", the Powder Tower, the monument to King Danylo and St. Andrew (built in the early XVII century) Church. In the hostel «EUROPE» was made new, high-quality repairs. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant living: bunk beds with new orthopedic mattresses, tables, chairs, rugs, coat racks etc. Each guest receives a towel, slippers, clean bedclothes and a separate bedside turnkey. There are all needed appliances: refrigerator, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer in the hostel. Also we have plasma with cable TV, WI-FI, mini-store, constant cold and hot running water.There are four separate rooms in our hostel, which comfortably can accommodate 32 people: room number 1: 8 people, room number 2: 10 people, room number 3: 8 people, room number 4: 6 people. Hostel is equipped with bathrooms with showers. A beautiful balcony with vineyard turns on the main street, where you can have a rest and make cool pictures.In addition, we can provide you with all the necessary tourist information about the city, or order for you a tour of historical Lviv and Lviv region castles. For an additional fee you can enjoy a tasty breakfast. We will be glad to see you among our guests! At our place you will find the best combination of price and quality. Not friendly stuff
Reviewed By renek246Very poor english, really not friendly, they didn't want us to have a key for a balcony- in the room was really hot. On the second day one older women come to room and started yelling at us in Ukrainian, we didn't understand anything. But on the other side the rooms are nice, for this price and showers are ok too.

Average - one bathroom between everyone
Reviewed By neileeeCareful of the double room descriptions - "Classic Double" is a shared bathroom, "Standard double" is a private bathroom! My fault on that one, but meant we shared ONE bathroom between potentially 20 people (i.e. our room (4 beds)), the other double room, the other quadruple room and the 10-bed dorm (so I make that 20 people minimum). No plug sockets next to the beds and our room was right next to the reception desk so we got woken up with early people arriving/leaving their luggage. The shower and toilet are in separate compartments - to turn the lights on (inc. the separate shower) you've got to put your hand through a hole in the toilet cubicle (even if there's someone using the toilet). It's a bit weird - see photo. The shower floor was full of hair one morning and the shower head has no clip on the wall so you've got to hold it. There are holes in the tiles with tape put over the top to cover them and stop water entering. We stayed for 3 nights - when we arrived, tried using the kettle and the switch was broken - was told by the staff you had to keep twisting and fiddling with it it until it made a connection. If the staff were aware the kettle was barely working then why wasn't it replaced in the 4 days we were there? Good location, wifi worked well.

Reviewed By Андрей ППо совету друзей со Львова остановился здесь. За очень демократичную цену минусов практически нет, разве что очень колхозный вход в сам хостел в первый раз сильно смущает. Находится в 15 минут неспешной ходьбы от самого центра, ванные и туалеты (их там штук 6) в кафеле, с евросантехникой и в кафеле, кухня уютная со всем что нужно рядовому посетителю, вайфай есть, большая плазма есть, утюги есть, все постельное чистое, глаженное и сложенное как в гостинице. В номере до 6 человек, это конечно немного тоже напрягает, но цена перекрывает минусы. Советую в общем.

Ребята на ресепшене позволили оставить вещи у них еще до заезда (прибыли во Львов рано утром) и, выехав, забрать вещи когда надо (уезжали поздно вечером). Еще и позвонили за день и уточнили в котором часу мы будем, нужно ли будет оставить вещи. В хостеле приятно находиться: чисто, тихо, приятный персонал; жили в отдельных комнатах, где белье было белое)))), свежее, обстановка лаконичная и невероятно располагающая. Санузлы в порядке, жидкое мыло, туалетная бумага. И еще: ребята выдают полотенца, что на мой взгляд - дополнительный плюс. Мы все остались довольны. Рекомендуем.
