Apartment Royale is located in Ikeja the heart of business in mainland Lagos. The hotel offers both rooms and apartments. The apartment sleeps 2 persons in the 1 bedroom and up to 12persons in the presidential suite. All rooms are en-suite with air conditioning, a hot-tub, a seating area, free toiletries and also comes with beverage making facilities and daily replenish of tea and coffee. All apartments have fitted kitchens equipped with microwave, family sized fridge-freezer,toaster, blender and kettle. The hotel facilities include a fully kitted gym, restaurant and hourly charged meeting room where you pay for only what you need not the whole day. Airport pick up and car hire is available as well.

Reviewed By Adefemi1My stay with my daughter at Apartment Royale was very welcoming and professional. Right from the arrival from the airport, their driver with an escort were on time without keeping us waiting. This was very impressive. Getting at the hotel, we received the courtesy of the receptionist and the porters to take our luggage’s to the apartment. The room was extremely clean without any complaints about any issues in the room. The room is big enough for two plus?, the kitchen has all kitchen facilities spacious, air condition was very good and in working condition, no lack of electricity off. I really enjoyed their food, room service, jacuzzi and the make use of the gym facilities. We so much love our 5days stay at the hotel without any stress. I am proud to patronise Apartment Royale anytime I visit Nigeria and recommend it to friends & family. Thank you to all apartment Royale staff for making our stay a memorable day.

Reviewed By kayolawaleLovely apartment with friendly reception staff ( Esther and Doris) who made our stay memorable. Stayed in the one bedroom which also had a sofa bed in the living area. Only downside was the noise from the pool party on one of the nights. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Each room is designed to cater to your budget, in a place where everything is pretty expensive the Fairview apartments provides you with comfort, privacy, and a sense of control. Location is secure, and sufficiently accessible to the business areas of Ikoyi and Victoria island. Services are organized so you've a list of numbers to phone for everything from Chinese meals to taxi. If you need a short stay on the island and you're not happy to part with enormous amounts of money, and you don't mind laying your bed for a few days then this is an excellent choice for comfort, decency and cost savings.

Reviewed By JummybabeThe hotel surroundings are neat and tidy. The rooms were ok for the price. The staff were accommodating, very polite and respective. 1 of the staff called Mr Bright was very supportive and understandable. He make sure my 3 nights was fun and stress free. He even helped me booked cab for my trip back to the airport. The reason y I left it at 4 stars was just because of the price of the foods. Its too expensive for a small meal. Apart from that, am happy with everything and all thanks to Mr Bright and the rest of the staffs. Next time am in the country, will definitely visits them again.

Reviewed By aleena76Our family stayed here for months during our international adoption process. At times there were just two of us there, other times we had our entire family (2 adults and 4 kids). Our stay was EXCELLENT and we felt so fortunate that we found the Millennium Apartments on Airbnb. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating and they took great care of us. They cleaned our rooms daily, and our kids loved playing in the small pool in the back. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and professionally. The area was safe and walking distance to a nice grocery store with plenty of American goods, which we really enjoyed. Also walking distance or very short ride to Twin Waters with a movie theater and arcade. Laundry on-site. We will stay here again next time we travel to Lagos and we highly recommend it to others!

Worst Service and very unclean
Reviewed By KAAdekoyaUpon our arrival we were given the wrong apartment to stay in. We had paid the full amount as requested but they still refused to give us the apartment that we wanted. This was just the begining, as we finally checked i noticed the AC was not working, the door handle for the toilet was broken, the hot water was unavailable, and there were loads of cockroaches around the room and kitchen. The apartment was dirty abd clearly not cleaned prior to us arriving. We had issues connecting to the wi-fi also. All this was raised with the manager and the owner of the house but they promised us this would be sorted, 2 days later they stopped answering our calls and nothing has been resolved. It was so bad we booked another apartment brcause we could not live in this dirty state without AC any longer. We lost out on the money we paid although they said they would give us a refund. The owner of the house stopped answering our calls and is still refusing to give us a refund.

Poor maintenance of hotel & welcomed with cockroaches on the bed
Reviewed By bukkyshokanThe room looks nice when you view it but when you start to spend time in the room, the cracks and cockroaches appear, literally! I went to use the sink in the bathroom to brush my teeth and water started to come from beneath the sink onto my feet so I had a foot-wash which wasn’t part of the package! Me & my sister shared the room and we soon found out that there were lots more perks to the hotel which we didn’t welcome. The plumbing issue happened the first time I turned the sink tap on and the floor flooded. The manager came to check it and said he’ll get someone to sort it but this never happened that day. The next day the water spread to the lounge. A plumber came but when we used the sink again, the same thing happened again! My sister met 2 cockroaches in the bed on alternative nights! ? We did not request for creature comforts in the bed ? The first night we were getting ready for bed and suddenly the lights went off. We hadn’t even got in bed and were stood in the middle of the bedroom believing the lights would come back on, but it didn’t. We stood there like frozen statutes! They had a generator but this didn’t come on that night. After some time, we realised the light wasn’t coming back on so we somehow rummaged around looking for items in a pitch black room and couldn’t initially find our mobile phones to use the torch. It was dreadful. In the living room (which we hadn’t noticed when viewing the apartment), the marble glass dining table had broken glass edges which were very sharp. This was a serious health & safety hazard as with the issue with the sink / flood. If a child was in the lounge, that brown glad edge could’ve been a safety issue, yet the hotel owners / managers let the room out in the appalling condition that it was in. Bedroom walls had big cracks with dents in wall and concrete on wall showing. The decor and design of the room is beautiful, but without maintaining the hotel, it’s just beautiful on the outside but with a broken down interior and an invitation for roaches to inhabit the rooms, hence I’ll just provide one rating purely for the room decor and design.

A good Place for Family Relaxation
Reviewed By IfedayoOdeniyiLocated in the serene and quiet location in Ikoyi. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It has a big living room. Very clean rooms all en-suite. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Prompt response from staff in sorting out our concerns. The breakfast was modest....choices not much. Good choices for Lunch and dinner. The swimming pool was clean. My boys were thrilled about the pool. The WiFi was however nothing to write home about. We could not use it despite the effort of the staff at fixing it (We relied on the internet from our phones). The air conditioner in the living room and one of the rooms did not work all through our stay (The functional one tend to make our stay comfortable). We were disappointed when we were told the technical man to fix it will not be available until Monday!!!(we checked in on Friday to check out on Sunday). Despite this hitches, we enjoyed our stay.
